We knew what we were looking for but did not know if Home Depot carried it or not. We ask a lady and she walked us back to where the product was.We were looking for 4-shelf racks to go in our basement. Home Depot had what we needed and we bought 2 of them.

The store was very clean. And the staff was very helpful and clean.

The associates were very gracious, knowledgeable and helpful as they attempted to guide me in determining the lawn care, perennials plants and the feed and seed which I would need.

Our associate was very helpful with cutting shelving and making our visit as easy as possible.

This store while serving a small community had home automation products that were not stocked in the larger community. The Electrical Sales Associate Steve and Dept Manager Steve were extremely helpful and knew the products. i would recommend this store if you live within 30-40 miles of it.

The emplyees are very helpful and friendly. Never have I had a bad experience. Each time the staff has helped with a search for an item or loading my purchase if need be.

Two associates gave us hands on help with our tile project which made our project at home a success! It's easy to see how our "do it yourself project" would have looked amateur without their expert advice.

I just want to give a special THANK YOU too two of your EMPLOYEES PAT & THERESA in gardening. I went there I like your store better than the one in Lagrange. But to have to have women load 200 landscaping block in my truck I thought was to much. I wanted the bricks and they said they could handle it and they did. Thank You Pat & Theresa. But now on the other hand I think it is very low of your store not to have men to load them. I'm not saying women should be any different than men but when you have a store full of men and yet they let women load the brick I think that is just not right and doesn't say very much for your store. I sure hope you give them a raise or at least a bonus for a job WELL DONE. Thank you lady's Wanda

What makes this store a joy to visit is the helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are eager to answer questions and assist you. Tiffany met us at the door with a smile on her face and asked how she could help. Others did in the store as well. We even were greeted by the manager. Thank you for making us feel at "home."

Each time I enter this store, I am greeted with cheerfulness! There is always an associate there to meet my needs and help find what I need. The store is clean and never cluttered. Definitely, always a pleasant shopping experience!

Purchased 30 bags of mulch in the garden center and was very pleased with associates Pat and Teresa, who were young women who loaded all 30 bags on my truck. They were pleasant and didn't waste any time getting them loaded. I wanted to give them a tip for their hard work but they declined. It was nice to have them do their job and not one complaint about the hot weather or the weight of the bags.

Needed swimming pool salt and drove to Thomaston to HD. Easy parking, walked into store and greeter told me where to find the salt. Located it easily and loaded my buggy before the young man could get there to help me. Got to the front of the store and another young man asked if I were ready to check out. Got my military discount and was out and loaded up in no time. Always a pleasure to shop at this store.

My impression of the store was really made with your associate, Kristy, who treated me with such respect and care. Thank you for hiring personnel who know their job and have some "people skills". It was a most pleasant day and I left feeling that I had been treated with dignity.
