    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good shop All at one place and easy to find them classified properly.. August 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy about Customer Service! I had read all kinds of negative comments about this store located on Thompson Lane, but I didn't experience this at all. I actually went to this lady's desk, Christy, I believe in flooring and asked her if she can help me....and it was all good from then on out...She did research about the product and made sure the price I saw at another store would be honored (not sure why price changed), but she eventually found it, didn't give up...so it all worked out good. She waited on me at checkout with the cart for my underlayment and pushed it outside to place in my trunk. Now this type of customer service, I've not exhibited before in any Home Depot and I've been in a few....but customer service was 'right on'. Thanks July 23, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Paint Department needs basic Customer Service Training Several customers standing around the paint department waiting for some sort of clerk to offer help..., many walked by but none bothered! The one girl in the paint department made no effort to call for additional help, or address the waiting customers with a simple "I'll get to you shortly." I finally flagged a guy down and his address to me was ..."yeah, what do you need?" I'll go to Sherwin Williams next time. August 9, 2016
