    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 166 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy about Customer Service! I had read all kinds of negative comments about this store located on Thompson Lane, but I didn't experience this at all. I actually went to this lady's desk, Christy, I believe in flooring and asked her if she can help me....and it was all good from then on out...She did research about the product and made sure the price I saw at another store would be honored (not sure why price changed), but she eventually found it, didn't give up...so it all worked out good. She waited on me at checkout with the cart for my underlayment and pushed it outside to place in my trunk. Now this type of customer service, I've not exhibited before in any Home Depot and I've been in a few....but customer service was 'right on'. Thanks July 23, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love this store! I went to find just a couple items, and as always I was met with smiling faces and helpful employees. I really liked the fact that when I asked where something was, an employee walked me to where the item was. nowadays so often store employees seem to be too busy to assist customers. Often times when Asked the location of an item they point and say it is on aisle 4, and they go back to what they were doing. it is refreshing to have someone follow through and actually show you where something is. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing Home Depot This has to be the most busiest Home Depot I've ever walked into the staff was courteous and kind and they all do an amazing job for the amount of traffic this store seems to have more product than some of the other stores July 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service I recommend my friends family and entire community to go to this store. they do a great job July 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great customer service customer service was outstanding sheila sties a store mgr. assisted me and the cashier was very nice and check out was fast July 4, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice store except for some of the other shoppers I normally do not have to use the materials loading area when I shop Home Depot, but when I do it's often extremely frustrating because of the vehicles that are allowed to park there while because their self-centered owners use the loading zone as their own personal parking space rather than for loading. The store could do a better job of making sure these people don't do this, because it only frustrates the shoppers who actually need the loading zone and who wait until they have checked out to use it. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy to in and Out without hassle I love trips to Home Depot that take micro seconds because you know where their products are if you are a regular. Some shopping experiences the products are always playing musical isles, not here. Many product choices easily to be found always makes me HAPPY!!! June 22, 2016
