OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

One of the best experiences I have had in all of my 10 visits Laverne was a great cashier and helped me with all the information I required in my transition to the Trussville area. I cannot remember the Lady that helped me in the appliance section, but she helped me identify poison Ivy and Oak in my yard when we were just talking about the japanese weeds; that I am allergic to before I started a project nearby my pond that I did no know about. Thanks for looking out for my safety.

Associates in lumber (especially Rod) and the cashier Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful! They helped cut out a lot of my wasted time.

The store was clean and the employees all had a smile to let you know they enjoy their jobs and were glad to see us. We appreciated being a quest.

We usually start here first for any thing we might be needing for a project. We usually find what we are looking for.

The customer service desk is understaffed!!! And the paint counter is extremely slow. Based on someone's wait time that I observed today, I would not purchase paint here.

Everything was easy to find and price. And our cashier, Ascendis, was awesome! Knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of her way to help us find just the right fit for us in the flooring department. She also followed up with us several times after our first visit. She was great to work with.

Went with big so called trusted name instead of local . Was told initially time from carpet order until installation was about two maybe three weeks. NOPE !! 1 bedroom is apparently around two months. If I had known this upfront ? Yep , Im going elsewhere. I have talked to about 12 different people trying to get it resolved. Which include about 3 salesmen, 3 general store employees, 2 installation project managers from local store and 2 from installation managers from out of state , a couple of poeple who just answer the phone and ONE guy who worked in the plumbing department !

The staff was super friendly and helpful . Well knowledgeable about the products in the store and the location of the product .

very helpful gal in appliances. Betty Ann. She made my day by offering tips on delivery and selecting product. Can't remember the cashier's name in customer service but she made applying for a new Home Depot card painless!

Majority of the time I always have a great visit at the Trussville store. I can be in there for hours and forget what I went in there for always great customer service friendly people that I can chat with

If you need suggestions and help with home fix-it problems, ask for Roy Anderson. He will help you find solutions! He went over and above to help us find a solution to blocking a driveway from unwanted " visitors."

Doris smith a cashier if available i will insist to only go through her line if available to the guy just pushing carts back in in passing insisted to help me load up my things and with a smile and have a good one and on to his next customer like a perfectly trained robot could if there was one from presentation to completion of his needed help grateful to assist and on too the next like clock work but a personal touch. Very pleased. His name was tom guzzo

I need to recognize three employees for outstanding customer service at this store. Store manager: Christy. Return cashiers: Brittany and Anelista. All three of these worked together to give me a refund for a product that was still under warranty. I did not have the receipt, box, item number. Christy took the time to go back almost two years to get the receipt for the purchase. The other two ladies worked together to resolve the refund amount and provide that back to me. Acceptable service and customer satisfaction. This was all completed with patience and completed during a busy customer service time. Thank you ladies

Great store. Nice variety. Excellent people. Unfortunately deliver dates for paid merchandise has a 72 hour wait. This wait is to long when you need appliances like refrigerators sooner than later.

Always friendly service. Easy to find merchandise and quality products.

This store's employees went over and above the call, at and after the end of their shifts to help me fix a problem at home. Top notch service.
