Drove out of our way to buy a Broan vent fan only in stock at Home Depot. We found bamboo flooring while at the store and decided on it after seeing the extensive display. The salesman was knowledgeable and efficient at ordering our materials. Good experience. Thank you!

I would recommend this store, all the employees are kind always attentive to my needs very awesome there is a lady in the garden department that every time there is a dog she goes out of her way to greet them and i think that's just the most amazing thing :) most people won't do that

I find that the employees in all the different depts. were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store over any Lowe`s store!!

I needed some assistance. I asked one of the store employees for assistance. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't work in this particular department. At which, I suggested he asked for an associate who works in that particular department for assistance. The associate proceeded to tell me that everyone was busy and didn't have time to help me. I didn't realize that I was such an inconvenience. I ended up leaving the store and going to Lowes. Terrible customer service.

could not get a receipt for purchase made, 6 different employees tried and could not print receipt and 40 minutes later I finally leave WITHOUT the receipt. NO manager on site to help. Extremely un happy and extremely inconvenienced. Finally went back today to get the receipt. HUGE inconvenience!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

We went in to purchase a new washer as our passed away and with a large family that's not a good thing. The appliance dept was busy with only one employee (Kim T) however she handled the situation very well and treated everyone great!!!

I recently had to purchase a washer and dryer for my son and Julie Spotts and Kim in the appliance department were fantastic. They were very helpful polite and courteous and really know all about the appliances with the different features from the different manufacturers. They helped me make an informed decision and matched the price from another store and got them delivered out of town. And they remembered to give me an extra receipt for the KU rebate without me even asking! If you're looking for great customer service go see them.

The store associates were fantastic. Best Home Depot I have been to from a friendliness, happiness, desire to serve standpoint. That's from a Louisville man that had to drive into the belly of Cat Country to get something that wasn't in stock here. Great folks, Great experience. Thanks

The Millwork Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful in helping me and my wife order our new windows.

The store was clean, the employees are happy and knowable, I useally go through the checkout at the lumber department, Brittney is always friendly and cheerful

I have been to several other stores this spring shopping for flowers and found Home Depot to be one of the most organized with a large variety of plants/flowers. It was relatively easy to push a cart through the flower aisles to shop. They have done an excellent job labeling plants as either annual/perineal/shrubs/herbs, etc. Plus, they've gone a step further with adding labels of sun/shade/part shade, etc. Prices were easy to find. Sales people were easy to find for any questions. I am highly impressed with not only their selection of flowers/plants/gardening items, but also the great job they have done with keeping it neat, organized and labeled for ease of shopping.

This store is not nearly managed as well as the Richmond Road Store. The employees are nice, but I have never seen a manager on the floor.

Employees change store policy's like whatever their mood is. That's not Right. Should never degrade a customer in front of people.

It is a great store at a great local, I have no complaints with Home Depot and the store definitely has no worries nor does it need any reviews to validate it, cause it is a great store.

Need some training in "Customer Service" in your Scheduling/Delivery department.

The store was so neat and clean and I love the positive vibe that comes from the store when you walk in.

I can find most thing I want here and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are times when I can't find knowledgeable staff. Often staff from other departments will help as best they can, but if I need help, its typically from a expert in that stock. I have had good experiences where I was trying to solve a unique problem with a creative solution and experienced staff helped me brainstorm some options. Also, I love that I can bring options home and later return the ones I don't use.

I never have a problem finding anything I came in for. The employees are always smiling and very willing to help me out if needed. For as busy as they always seem to be, the store appears very neat and clean every time I go.
