Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Customer Service Hard to get employees to help you at this store. I walked around looking in that store for an hour and not the first employee asked me if I needed help. July 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service! I am extremely pleased with the service I received at the Valdosta Home Depot. The sales associate went above and beyond to help my husband and I purchase a refrigerator and stove. She even came in on her day off to assist us. July 26, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Store Experience It was noon on Saturday May 28th, Memorial Day weekend, store was packed with browsing customers, every employee I observed was not only consistently approaching customers offering help, but doing so in a cheerful manner. I was especially impressed with the two employees at the paint counter; they were bombarded with at least 10 other custom paint orders and I was number 11. It was very obvious both of these employees were hustling and doing everything they could to keep impatient customers satisfied without taking shortcuts on the quality of their work. Outstanding customer service! May 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 100% AWESOME Clean and organized! Everyone is SUPER friendly. Great place to DIY! July 31, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Staff Friendly staff throughout the store, eager to help customers. Cashier assisted me at self-checkout, during which I presented my military ID card for discount; she was very pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, she was aware I am a police officer. She thanked me, sincerely, for not only for my military service, but also for being a police officer, and told me to “be careful.” It meant more than she could know. July 13, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience. I was very happy with the appliance section. Tashyka Dumas bent over backwards to help me. June 18, 2016
