Home Depot at 1175 Admiral Callaghan Lane, Vallejo. The customers returning plant services and policies need to improve. The staff handling the return plants are mostly rude and unreasonable. They would stop suddenly and carry a social and joyful conversation with other staff during the process and then turn around to treat customers unprofessional. The policy for returning plants has one year, but Home Depot keeps only the recent three month's data. Home Depot should consider the difficulty for customers to match the plants with the original pots. We had a stack of receipt for mostly plant purchases within the last three months. We also have some that are over three months. But your staff rejected the return if the plants are not put in the original pots. The size of our garden is a quarter of an acre, and our recent returns was less than 3% of our purchases. For decades, we have been one of Home Depot customers. Your staff in Garden are helpful and friendly, albeit several questions at one time. June is a great employee and has been working at Home Depot Garden for a long period of time. She is a very hard worker. Other workers in garden, such as Cassie and others, are extremely helpful and personable.

Management is so rude. Employees didn't know how to answer 4/5 simple questions I asked (shows lack of training). Management lied about being so busy that she could help me so I needed to go through a self service option instead. Told me wait would be at least 45 minutes. Found her getting coffee 2 mins later, clearly she wasn't busy and just didn't want to help.

Vallejo Home depot Store showed 16 units of an item. I bought and paid for two. I arrived at the store for pick-up, and was told that they were sold out. I see the exact units sitting there, (Like mine should have been), but I am told they are already sold. Whre are my units? They are sold. I paid $700 for them. Why cant I have those. I am here to pick-up and that.other buy is not. Why do i have to be denied. I did the same as they did. SO... the customer service rep calls the Napa store. Asks that they PUT MY NAME on paper and tape it to two units and hold them at the Customer Service desk. I PAY another $700 for them while at Vallejo, just to make sure, and to make the pickup easier. This customer service girl at Vallejo is great. She does all she can. She cannot get a a refund for the first two I purchased . She has to call the IT dept, but says she will get it done as best she can while i drive to Napa. I get to Napa and they tell me they just sold out!!!!!! I actually passed someone wheeling out the exact two that should have been held for me! So now I have paid for 4 units, ($1400) and can't have any!!! Still No refund has showed up and it has been two days. Home Depot and their policies stink.
