Caught the flooring and carpet salesperson in a lie as they tried to add approx 500 dollars on our bill. Luckily we caught it in time

Associates in this store are always helpful, and friendly. They greet you as you enter the store and ask if you need assistance. They never give you a hassle if you are returning items. Associates ask if you need assistance and take the time to help you find what you need and explain the products, and make recommendations as to how they would complete a project when asked.

I was sent to Home Depot with instructions to get a new sump pump and a back up exactly the same. I didn't know what I was doing but the Home Depot guy hooked me up with exactly what I needed and the necessary accessories to complete the job. After checking out, a young Home Depot man loaded the sump pumps into my car.....holy cow.....those things are heavy!!

LeBaron, Christie and Jeremy were very nice to work with. I will purchase flooring from them again.

The store associates are friendly and helpful. The appliance associate (Kevin Gallivan) was knowlagable and helpful for choosing the right appliance that was cost effective and that met met our needs.

Employees are generally friendly and helpful. Sara in kitchens is not. She "assisted" me in a kitchen design and made numerous errors while entering my info. Since then I have stopped in to buy more stuff for my kitchen and she cannot even say hello as she walks past me.

Everyone at this store is friendly and helpful. Many times I will go in unsure of what I need and will not only get the product I need but friendly assistance with understanding the produce.

Love the Victor store. Employees are very helpful. The store is staffed appropriately to ensure available service.

I wish the associates would be allowed to use multiplication to determine the number of items in a stack rather than having to count the items individually. I had two tiers of cinder blocks, and each tier was three cinder blocks deep and six cinder blocks wide. Rather than saying 2 x 3 x 6 equals 36 cinder blocks, the associate counted each block. Also, it would be helpful for the bar-code scanners to have built in scales, much as grocery stores do, to allow "counting" of large number of metal brackets and the like.

Don't expect for them to sell the entire project or be knowledgeable of products or install, expect them to hide from customers.

The store was clean, well organized and stocked. The employee I interacted with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the store and product locations as well the product functionality. I would have not be able to make the purchase, if it had not been for the employee who helped me. .

I enjoy shopping at the Victor store location. Store is always neat and well organized. There is always store personnel available when needed and they are very pleasant and helpful. Also, love the self-checkout !

Friendly associates in the garden area. Cashier Heather was very friendly as well as Brian F. The two associates who loaded my mulch were very careful and friendly.

All I can say is WOW! I have never been treated so nicely at any store, the Victor Home Depot blew me away. Great job to all the staff that helped me.

As much as I would like to give the Victor Home Depot a rating of three I have to give it a four only because of two specific employees. The Victor location has basically nothing in regards to selection when it comes to appliances available to view within the store. If you are looking to purchase a home appliance be sure to look for Kevin G. or George C!! Awesome employees and probably the only reason why I did purchase a dishwasher and a range from Home Depot.
