There are a few people that work here that help me every time. But, most won't even look your way. Very frustrating. Most employees don't know anything about the products they cover. Jim is awesome. But when he isn't there, forget it.

Store is great. Visit thus store probably 4 times a week at least. Always try to find employee Wes every visit because I know I will get the right items and locations everytime. Hard to find retailers that have skilled and knowledgeable employees anymore. Always has what I need and never any hassles

Good friendly staff. Good selection. Good experience with manager, help desk, and cashiers today. Most folks take the time to whine. Think today ya'll deserve a nice bottle... or 2 or 3 of wine! Thanks to all. Love the store & the staff.

Associates are very helpful and great choices of products making all my projects easy to do and successfully installed in some cases.

Can’t say enough about Dakota and Nyashia. They went out of their way to help me with vinyl fencing quotes and they beat the competition by $250. It’s a no brained to shop here when you have these two in house. Thank you both for making it easy for me to decide where to shop from now on.

If you are in the market for appliances, please ask for Jenn Kirby! She was exceptionally helpful to me as I was on a tight time frame and needed to purchase a washer and dryer quickly. She was VERY knowledgeable and knew her products and the process was made so easy by her going the extra mile!! Jenn ROCKS!!

Great store

The store was very clean and the things are placed to locate easily

While this store & its parking lot are always well-kept, the aisles are often cluttered with 'point-of-sale' displays, which make it difficult for us limited mobility individuals using your HandiCap battery-powered carts to navigate the aisles. I also find that if I, being handicapped, do not shop early in the day, this stores single functioning HandiCart has a very low battery or is on the charger. A store the size of this one should have a minimum of 4 carts and all of'em should be in working order and regularly charged after closing AND during the working day.

Went shopping for one item . Was offered help by four different individuals. Did not have to seek out help like other home improvement stores. Staff warm and friendly

Home Depot is my husband's "jewelry store" and I think he visit's at least once a week...it's so convenient and we have never had a bad experience in all the years we've been trading with them. I visited the store with him today and something hit me that I haven't noticed before, there were LOTS of women working in the store...we ordered blinds from a very nice woman, then had to seek help from another female employee to look for an item that we were told they had when we called. She went out of her way to find the product for us and even solicited help from another woman who was helping get a washer & dryer down for a customer. That female employee stopped what she was doing to look for the item we needed as well! They quickly located it, and the first young woman got their huge ladder to climb up and get the box down that had what we needed in it. So impressed that Home Depot has so many women working for them in a job that once belonged to just males...it just goes to show women can do the same jobs a man can!

Nice store and personnel, They have the tool brands that i like as a professional. Things are easy to find,staff is plenty helpful.I always look forward to a visit.

When you don't even have to ask for assistance because a store associate proactively checks on you, THAT goes beyond customer service and demonstrates that Home Depot is dedicated to the customer experience and hires people who share that passion and goal. When purchasing my refrigerator, I thought the above & beyond attention and assistance were just a fluke. However, EVERY time I've walked in this store, an associate has come up to me BEFORE I even realized I needed to ask a question -- from buying a refrigerator to light bulbs, Home Depot associates are engaged, professional, knowledgeable, patient and just plain AWESOME!

Aisle were spacious , well organized & well stocked. Great employee service especially the cashier!! Will definitely shop there again.
