A friendly employee staff, you will enjoy to go there.

Poor customer service. Nobody was available to assist even when cashier requested assistance for me. When I called the store manager all he said was sorry nothing more. The sorry did not even sound genuine.

Like the competition, main aisles cluttered/filled with merchandise making it hard to navigate with wheelchairs,cane, or shopping carts. Occasionally lacking in staff to assist in the aisles to select merchandise for non DYI'ers. Scary experience at times walking from parking lot into store because of speedy drivers. One specific area that I needed was slider window parts - not available here. 3 or 4000 homes in area with slider windows and no parts here or at the competition......

Great customer service experience today at Home Depot thanks to Quanterria and Jose.... I am loving my new BBQ grill thanks Quanterria for explaining all the options and Jose for being a friendly and extremely patient cashier. Definitely went above and beyond !!!

I recommend any Home Depot store for the merchandise that is sold. The problem comes when you need personal assistance. In my opinion the whole problem w/ every Home Depot is its management. When a business consistently runs bad in any matter, blame the manager. I personally know by experience because we had to talk to the general manager in a store and he simply lied to my wife and I when we thought we had contacted "the right person".

Team Kendal can beat any other homedepots service, hands down. From Dagmar behind the counter fixing and making orders. To Big Henry knowing how to do it all or from Carlo teaching you how to build it from scratch and if your lucky either Patty or Pilar ringing you up with a smile. All of the folks, those named and not all play a role at the Kendal store. This store is unbeatable!

the associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help, the cashiers are friendly and make the check out process quick and painless, i would like to mention Marie, Ivan, Cailyn, Juana, Melba and Amelia, the Pro desk Team.

I constantly go to Home Depot. Sometimes for my company's necessary items ( I have 16 employees ) sometimes for home. my employees also go several times every week since the carry debit cards we facilitate for them to buy their necessary items to keep the fleet of boats and trucks working. We are loyal to Home Depot and they make us happy by supplying a large percentage of materials , tools and equipment. Staff is friendly always willing to take the extra step and when we need an explanation about something we get answers. Having so much at one location is a great advantage. Having the right people serving you is a blessing . I always carry my two HD cards the commercial and the personal. always necessary. Always good business . Thank you Home Depot . keep it up and Merry Christmas !
