Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad customer service at the PRO DESK Cashier was rude by having a drama conversation with another cashier at the PRO Desk. Never addressed or made eye contact with me or my husband while we were checking out. Unacceptable behavior for this type of business. We both work in customer service fields and know that will hurt a business. I did report the incident to a manager after leaving the store. She was very nice and apologetic and said that she would handle it. This is not the first time at this particular location for bad service. WE only go there for convenience but maybe we should just drive to the competitor. July 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Keep expectations low The parts I thought I needed seemed to be out of stock; however, I wanted to ask an associate if I was looking for the correct part, etc. I looked 2-3 isles in both directions and stayed in the isle for at least 20 minutes. No associate was there to help. I even went back later the same evening looking for another part, with same results. July 13, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT HOME DEPOT EXPERIENCES This store has an abundant of associates who are really there to help the customers. Doug, the door greeter, always has a smile for those walking in the entrance and he seems to be at the majority of the time. He's quite a gentleman and an excellent asset to this store. Flora, Customer Service department, has always been very helpful and has a smile whenever she meets those in need. An awesome lady and a real plus to this store. Bobby in electrical has always been very helpful when I had questions. He's always had a "how can I help you today?" attitude! Kim Dover, Asst. Manager, has always met my needs when things seemingly weren't going good with a product I had purchased. She surely should have her "own" store one of these days. Jeff, in the Professional Builder's Dept., has always been very friendly and very helpful when I had questions concerning building projects. Dale, in the Rental Department, has always been ready to give me sound advice and he also has an attitude of "how can I help you?"! Paul, a semi-retired associate has always known where every product was that I couldn't locate. He's also very friendly and has a great smile! Anthony, who does an outstanding job on the "outside" has always been ready to help me. He's a very kind man with a gentle attitude. I'm embarrassed that I don't remember the names of others that have been so helpful at this store. I can't remember when I haven't been helped when I needed it. These mentioned associates and others are a real asset to this store. The store manager has done a great job in hiring and training the associates. Congratulations on a job SUPERBLY accomplished! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by IT'S A GREAT STORE. Thank goodness there is an alternative to Lowes and Walmart They generally have exactly what I'm looking for. The quality is good to great. Not like a old timey hardware store but the prices are better and the selection is endless. July 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great store, convenient location Although the self-checkout line was pretty long (no other checkouts were open on my most recent visit), everything else about the store ... selection, friendliness/helpfulness of associates, etc. was (and is always) outstanding.
