    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING MY GRILL I was looking for a particular grill. The store manager looked at every grill with me and helped me decide which was the right fit for me. He made everything sooooo easy . I really appreciated his help. Truman, a sales associate was awesome !!! He loaded the grill into my SUV, which was not an easy fit. He even offered to bring it to my home on his way to his home after work if it didn't fit. I really appreciated the personal attention that these people gave me. It made buying a grill a great experience. September 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This store sucks....go to Benton I'm pregnant and needed help loading my 4x8 sheets of plywood into a trailer. I was waiting for over 30 mins, the lot attendant was called 4 times and never came. The MOD was also called and never came to remedy the situation. A female store associate coming back in from her break ended up helping me. This is not the first time ive had issues with this store. Don't use their online ordering because they wont have anything ready when you go for pickup. I have cancelled 2 online orders for this reason and gave my business to the Benton store. If you have the time, don't bother with this store if you actually need associate assistance. July 20, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great store good assist of employees in finding what is needed August 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad customer service at the PRO DESK Cashier was rude by having a drama conversation with another cashier at the PRO Desk. Never addressed or made eye contact with me or my husband while we were checking out. Unacceptable behavior for this type of business. We both work in customer service fields and know that will hurt a business. I did report the incident to a manager after leaving the store. She was very nice and apologetic and said that she would handle it. This is not the first time at this particular location for bad service. WE only go there for convenience but maybe we should just drive to the competitor. July 1, 2016
