I went there on early morning to return one item and i needed cash money on return. The guy on customer service even they didn't have cash enough, tried to do his best and gave me what I need it.

The service was great specially in the paint section. The gentleman was very helpful and kind

Never once greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Only interaction I had was at the self checkout when employee thought I might be stealing when I brought stuff in to check fitments of plumbing parts.

Definitely recommend this Home Depot! Friendly, professional employees, nicely organized & stocked - competitive prices!

Gil and Chris at this Home Depot were so kind and helpful! I was struggling to get tile boxes loaded. They were way under the shelf at the back and I wasn’t strong enough to grab them and pull them toward the front. I needed 18 of them, and Gil jumped in and loaded all of what was on the floor, and Chris got a forklift and fulfilled the rest of the order from the stock above. I was so thankful!

Unable to connect to the customer WiFi in the store, and no one seemed knowledgeable when I asked for assistance. It's hard to get the attention of floor personnel, thus hard to find things, so I often give up and go elsewhere.

I was in the store today and was able to buy most of the items I needed (I can appreciate the fact that what I'm looking for is used a lot by others). Another customer needed an employee and after I told him to wait a second I would get one for him, he waited for me and I brought one back over to him, which impressed me as I was doing this for someone else and not myself. This is the kind of thing that shows me a store cares about customer service and doesn't just say words.

About a year ago I purchased a double fiber door from Home Depot and the door that was installed was defective. After repeated measurements and a visit by a Jeld-Wen Manager that flew in from Kansas who confirmed the defect Jeld-Wen was belligerent in trying to blame an installation error. Home Depot stepped in and facilitated to have a replacement door shipped. I am currently waiting on estimated delivery date and looking forward to have closure. I would like to thank the store manager and her assistant for their consistent and professional support.

I needed help on 2 projects and Richard helped me on both giving me good recommendations and help finding and choosing product. Very patient and extremely positive. My best experience at any store in a long time.

Needed to refinish a door and fence two different projects got great up to date help from Ryan with my purchases. The Dwight the greeter was so friendly and helpful

I had no idea what kind of paint to use for my project. Eden greeted me and showed me the correct paint. She also went out of her way to explain why I needed to use this paint rather than a different one all while having great customer service!

Planning a major move and 3 particular employees were extremely helpful: Mr. Terry who greeted me when I walked in; Theresa the cashier who went beyond checking me out and Keaton, a young man who assisted me with loading my purchases in my car.

This store has always been my favorite and I am glad it is getting back to its friendlier ways!

From the very pleasant greeter telling me where to find the items on my list, to the female employee (unbeknownst to me until after checking out) who is the store manager recognizing my challenge in balancing a ladder and poinsettias on a cart to the very kind and efficient cashier, it was and always is an awesome shopping experience at this Home Depot.

I was interested in buying toilet and arranging for professional installation. Toni at Customer Service Desk absolutely did a great job.

Best selection for in store items. Friendliest employees around!

Will never use this store for delivery of any contract items. They lie about delivery times and days. Cooper flooring whom they use never contacts the people when you are told . They never contacted me even two weeks later. Brought flooring back to store.

Employees were very helpful and kind. I really appreciate Lucy's efforts saving me $40. I got a new credit card! Got all the items and more that I came for. Store was clean. Got all the assistance I needed. I will be back! Thanks!

You can alway rely on Home Depot to have what you need or they will find the next best thing for you.

If you need help, an associate will never show up, even when paged. Neither will a manager.
