The customer service rep quoted us a price on one of the previously rented tools. We called our office, made arrangements to purchase the large item, and then another customer service rep (Crystal T.) said she did not want to sell the item for the quoted price. She increased the price by an additional $310. She said she would call a manager but then said "sorry the manager is busy". No apology, No explanation, No attempt to compromise. She completely ignored my questions. Unacceptable Home Depot!

Granted, it's tough to get help in the store, however once you get assistance, they're great. Very knowledgeable. Today was an exception. I left a gas powered trimmer for repair and received the automated call yesterday to pick it up but being out of town, decided to get it today. When I arrived, it was busy and the department was being serviced by one person. I waited and he helped a couple of customers and when it was my turn, I told him that I had a repair to pick up. He said, "Sorry, but that takes 15-20 minutes to do and I'm the only person here right now, everyone left me alone. You'll have to come back." I was floored that he told me and said, "It's a pick up and takes 15-20 minutes, longer than someone renting a tool?" He said "Yes, because he has to fill out stuff and I have to sign paperwork and pay". I was shocked and said that I would return then.
Decided to head to the local Farmers Market to get our weekly items. Returned in 30 minutes, parked and started walking towards the Tool Rental area, the clerk comes out and tells me, "You have to come back, I'm swamped".
I then went to the Customer Service desk to ask for help. Jennifer was wonderful, she asked what the issue was and I told her my situation. She told me that she would get a manager and the gentleman would help. She rang me up and Robert came over and escorted me to get my repaired tool. I thank Jennifer and Robert for their help but honestly, the clerk was not rude but his excuse seemed a bit weak as I had to wait and others would have understood. First time, horrible experience there...but I will still go back because I like Kim, Crystal and Donald.

Some days there is I get the assistance I need and more then less other times I cant find no one to help me with something I need in that departments

I had the most polite and professional experience at this store today. I have never had so many helpful especially and polite people assist me. I am a police officer and had to buy some training supplies (in uniform) and of course being in uniform most would expect the employees to be extra polite and helpful. However, I was in this same store and we helped by most of the same employees two days prior. They were all very helpful and went out of their way to assist me with things on both days. Thank you so much who ever is in charge of this store you have pocked some top notch employees to work for you

Very good store!!! But juz dont call them, they gonna make u wait for an hour on hold then once they answer ur call they gonna put you on hold again and nevergo back to answer ur call!!! Juzgo straight visit the store everyone are nice in the store.
