Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Help is always available This store has a great balance of being available to help without hassling you. They don't act annoyed if you pull them away from a current task. They don't just quickly answer a question and disappear, but they also don't stick around, hovering, making you feel that you have to continue to work with and converse with them the rest of time.... I'm sure that's not an easy balance to achieve, but I've noticed on more than one shopping trip this store does it well. Store cleanliness was fine. They were just restocking the area I was shopping in. It wasn't during a peak time so it was probably the best time to do that. September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding customer service Had to exchange an on-line ordered product that was at the customer service desk and the clerk (Andy) was VERY helpful in the exchange and purchase of replacement items. A really big help and much better than any experience I have had at any other home improvement store locally. September 17, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cluttered Aisles I generally like this store. It's usually not as busy as the other store in town, and has helpful employees. However, they often close off the aisles with no apparent regard for whether customers need to access them or not. Plus, they leave carts in the aisles and put up displays that block access, so it's hard to get through with a lumber cart. If you need help loading lumber, good luck. Stocking the shelves seems to be #1 priority. I'm sure failing to stock the shelves gets the employees in trouble, but not helping a customer probably goes unnoticed. Overall, I much prefer Menards, but this store is better in all categories than Lowes.Home Depot August 14, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience! Very helpful cashier, paint department, and floor people A floor person directed me to a tool I was looking for in a very specific, nearly savant way. Spooky! The people mixing my paint rocked! Teresa the cashier was awesome. September 7, 2016
