Young girl in the plumbing Department, she has an accent. Blonde curly hair. She is very smart with her work. Very knowledgeable in Plumbing HVAC. Amazing worker. She is always active and helping others. You should be grateful for a hard working girl like her.

Tried to get a water heater and the box in the aisle was damaged. Asked for help and the associate that left to retrieve it never came back. After 1 hour i was told he was struggling and then he showed up with a forklift. I pointed to the box i needed 1 shelf above and he said he didn't need the forklift so he was getting a ladder. After another 30 minutes i just did it myself. I should have just found a ladder and attempted to get this very heavy water heater box from an overhead shelf from the very beginning and saved my time.

Asked an employee for assistance locating an item. Showed him the webpage that said 8 in stock in Aisle 10 Bay 17. His response was "you're in the right place. If it says they are there, they are" and walked away. Horrible customer service.

The sales-lady worked closely with me to get the exact blinds I needed. She also kept me fully informed with the progression of my order.

I came here twice today to buy some items for a last minute gift. The second time I came here today I was so impressed by an employees patience and kindness with me. I was struggling to find an item and no other employee could help me find it. I found Hiram and he immediately helped me check a few isles until we found it. He went out of his way to make sure I found the exact product I was looking for.

My experience at the Waterbury ct store, was amazing. Being new to the area, needing some random items, and not exactly knowing what they were called. I went to an associate in hardware. Mike assisted me with pretty much everything I needed. Going above and beyond. Helping me understand exactly what I needed, proper names of items, along with best way to tackle my issues. For my washing machine parts he enlisted help from another associate. Don also went above and beyond. Even looking up information for me. That team of associates, especially working together made my experience stress less, positive, and informative.

I just bought a washer n dryer at a great sales price for my budget and the sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely keep coming back for future purchases.

I bought some plants and the quality is good. The prices went up from last year . You use to get 2 plants or a 6 pack of vegetables. I got tomatoes and they had so my single ones

Home Depot almost always has the items I'm looking for, or an equivalent item. Store is well stocked and employees are helpful

Large stores like this can be intimidating when trying to navigate to locate multiple items. A staff member Linda assisted us and was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the products and helped me locate everything I was looking for.

We had ordered some merchandise ahead of time. We went to customer service where we were greeted with a welcome smile and immediately called to have our merchandise brought up front. The wait time was minimal and left feeling great!

If I need something significant at Home Depot, I'd rather drive the extra miles to the Southington Store at 1816 Meriden Waterbury Tpke. It's better organized with better inventory and more knowledgeable associates.

I always know when I enter this Home Depot, and I ask any employee q question, I always am satisfied. Everyone is always so knowledgeable about the stock and where it is located. In fact, I once asked an employee where to find an item. He saw me later in the store and asked if I found what I was looking for, and if I were satisfied; very friendly and professional. I was impressed.
