There were associates available all over the store. I needed help in the lumber department and received excellent service both in selecting the wood I need for a project and then having it cut to specifications. I also had quick and easy access to a store manager to pay him a complement about the young man helping me. Finally, the checkout cashier was also very careful and attentive to details. The store is clean, parking is easy. In all, it was an excellent experience.

The store is so huge you could get lost but that would never happen because the associates are all around and very happy to help you.

Rude appliance sales associate Mike Haynes and equally rude and abnoxious assistant manager Chris.Out to drive customers mad and not to provide customer service.Very frustrating customer service from them.

I went to purchase a specific tile. I was told it was in stock but unable to be located. I chose something else in another home depot. I decided to call and ask again. The associate that answered knew where the tile was, charged my credit card and bundled it for pick up. She was professional and kind.

The garden center employees are not helpful, rude with terrible attitudes. When I went to the customer service desk to ask for a manager, one of the customer service desk clerks asked me about the issue I was having and his response was, "Well we are very busy here at the store today" without even asking for specifics and understanding the issue. It must be bad because I had to wait behind another gentleman who was already speaking to a manager and complaining about the employees.
