The reason for the low score was the fact I was shopping in their seasonal flower section for hanging baskets, etc. The selection on the hanging baskets was bad, and a lot of the flowers looked distressed and not appealing at all. Prices were higher than last year, but quality was bad. I made a comment that it does not look like they have the same supplier that they had last year. When it came to checking out, I was the 5th person in line with 4 behind me, and they only had one person checking us out. That has never happened there before. I was not happy with the wait, seeing as how I still had to go into the store and get other items. The in store experience went very well, but the outside part did not.

On Sunday May 14, I decided to grill, but I On Sunday May 14, I decided to grill, but I needed an apron. I asked my wife to call or check the internet to see where we could find an apron. She called me back 5 minutes later and told me she put 1 on hold for me at The Home Depot on 124th and Capital. I ran to the store and purchased the apron. When I returned home and was preparing to grill, I realized my grill was missing a piece. So, while wearing my apron, I ran to the store to purchase a new portable grill; however, there were none available. Without any help in sight, I decided to look for the missing piece for the old Weber grill, which I purchased from Home Depot a year ago. After finding a substitute part, while walking to the check out, I noticed a lady by the door pretending to be a greeter/lost prevention/police; this is the same person that was at paint desk. She started to follow me, while the other employee by the name of Vicky followed me as well. When I got to the service desk in the middle of my transaction, Tasha called the cashier over to the return desk to delay my purchase. Without any explanation, the cashier walks away. At this point, I am carefully observing them as well. When my receipt came out of the printer the cashier looked to one of the two that were standing at the door trying to arrest me. I gathered my purchased item and started walking out, when Tish shouted, "he did not pay for the apron." At this point, I am waiting for someone to ask me if I had already purchased the apron, or to touch me. I am very angry, offended, and highly disappointed. I was falsely accused without being asked or without your employees knowing the truth. That is wrong and very disrespectful. #1 you wasted my time for no reason, #2 you lost the sale, #3 if you are
