    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 190 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible checkout experience. Refused to get assistance in obtaining &/or loading numerous bags of 40 lbs dirt! I requested 3 times of the garden check out employee to get assistance in loading 20- forty pound bags of dirt and other heavy gardening equipment. Help NEVER CAME! When checking out, I asked the same clerk again, if she would call for help in loading the thousands of pounds of dirt into my cargo van. She refused to call anyone to help me "Until after you have paid!" After paying, she told me she would call for help AFTER she checked out the only other customer! NO HELP came, I returned & for the 4th time asked her to page help for me (I am physically disabled). Again she said after she was done checking out the 2-customers. I watched and she NEVER picked up the phone to page anyone. August 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and Professional Staff! We had an excellent visit to our local Home Depot last night. We had to return one item, compare prices on another, and purchase a washer and dryer set. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful going well above and betond our expectations. Well done! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience! I had a bad experience at Menards and immediately went to HD. Their selection for flooring was much better, their staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I've switched from a Menards shopper to a HD shopper! July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Employees Make the Difference Shopping here is always a pleasure because the employees understand and practice excellent customer service. They are willing to help customers think through projects and readily offer suggestions on appropriate products for both your needs and your skill level. As a novice home improvement DIYer, I always shop here because the employees make the difference. I highly recommend the instructional workshops, as well: free classes that teach basic home care and home improvement skills. June 12, 2016
