I could not find what I was looking for, staff were not helpful as they did not know where the item was (household fan). When I finally found it and asked if there was a display so I could look at the item they said no. I took the boxed fan I was interested in to the checkout lane and asked the staff person to please plug it in so I could see how well it worked (important for a fan) and she was very nice and did this for me. I then was able to check out quite quickly. Store seems to have staff knowledge and product display and location issues.

Associates very friendly and more than willing to assist you.

I was glad an experienced plumber was available. I found that when I used item at the house the instructions were hard to follow. I had to go back to home depot to review the use of the item... He helped and suggested other things to try.....I went back to the house and was able to have better success. I was not able to unclog the washer drain. In rolling up the line, the plastic holder was broken. I took it back and got money back on my card.

some part were easy to find but others you had to ask for help if you can find someone

Brian in the Plumbing Department is simply one of the "Best". He is very, very knowledgeable and takes the time to get you the best product solution and advice. Tai-Laquinta, Cashier is always friendly, efficient and makes you feel good about being a customer of Home Depot. I certainly hope that someone in Management takes the time to recognize these two fine employees!!

I applaud Mr. Joey Baca, (Asst. Store Mgr.) and Dave Wedlow (Associate) for their unselfish assistance to help the students at St. Philip's School and Community Center with construction of theater flats for their end of the year production, "Hip-Hop His Story". The gentlemen were extremely helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They were very friendly and professional with the children. They helped the students to feel extremely confident in building, and through it all they maintained safety. Stellar performance gentlemen! We salute you with an Oscar, and an Emmy. Our students were truly blessed to have your presence.

Got the perfect paint match And an associated loaded my 10 sheets of sheetrock on the cart while I paid and took it to the truck and helped load it quickly before the rain came in... Thanked Me for My Business. White Rock is my Store!!

Visiting the White Rock Home Depot is always an exciting experience - I mean, we even take the grandchildren along for the fun, and they look forward to it. The garden associates during a recent visit were delightful - letting our 3 year old choose the flowers she wanted to plant in the garden, and assisting us both in getting things in the car. Nice people - worth writing about.

Got wrong direction from 2 associates that were very confident in their wrong advice! Please tell me if you are not sure where to find something. That way I do not waste time wandering around! Cashier( Marie) was the person who put me on the right track and always is very helpful!!

Friendly and helpfull staff. My dog loves coming to this store because he gets lots of attention.

Employees are always available and able to help, with a smile. Somehow I just like this location the best. It seems better lit, with really wide aisles. I love the displays.

I was in early in the morning and was able to receive help from an associate right away and had a friendly cashier to check me out.

Walked through the front door, was greeted immediately. I asked if they could point me in the right direction, and the associated walked me to what I was looking for. Made it that easy.

Associate actually pulled up a description of a product I was interested in on her phone to show a better description of what was included in the product box. Very helpful.

My brother was helping me with a dryer vent project. While looking for products, the assistant manager, Jerry Bacha helped us. His suggestions were awesome, he directed us to the right materials and showed us where everything was. The end results was great and I am so appreciative!

Pat from lighting Dept was very helpful and she went over and beyond to help us. She went online and found a specialty light bulb we were looking for and she gave us two printouts of where we could get that bulb from. The Asst Manager Jerry Bonka was also very helpful in everything we asked from him. From helping us with a wheel chair when we first arrived to paging Pat from, electrical to getting us checked out very quickly when we were done. Then he carried a table umbrella out and put it in the car and took the wheel chair back in the store for us. Thank you both for your kind friendly professional help that we received. It was a nice pleasant experience. Much appreciated.

I shop here a lot and compared to Lowes, this HD is far superior in all categories!

This store has different feel, the people look like they enjoy what they do and have heard employees talk about how great the new "vibe" is. Well i definitely feel the new "vibe" and it is great!

I went to excahnge a propane cylinder. I had to ask for help from an associate at the customer service desk as the exchange equipment was not working properly. The associate very promptly provided friendly assistance

This location has consistantly been exceptional in customer care and service for many years.

I so depend on this store for help and knowledge for home projects. Prices are affordable. friendly, helpful employees are consistently present.The location is reasonable. The products are varied and well organized. Returns are easy. Rentals are simple and great selections. Nursery has nice selections and in good shape with great prices.

This store manager went way out of his way to help me, finding and getting the product, and escorting me to the cashier, and making sure I received my 8 bags of decomposed granite - which were too heavy for me to lift. And the store is getting a face lift!

I found what i needed. and it has worked great from the point of installation.
