Great serviceI traveled over 80 miles to buy a product at the Home Depot in Willmar Minnesota because the stores in the Minneapolis Saint Paul area where I live don’t even come close to the level of customer service the Willmar store provides.

We were shopping for a refrigerator and stove. The salesman knew specifications on each and every items we looked at. He was helpful, patient and kind.

Sale people and employees very helpful, they help me order item that was not in the store, also got me into the preferred customer program. And help me locate certain items I needed to purchase.

From the moment we walked into the store until we checked out we had several employees ask if we needed help or if we found everything ok. When we did have a question there was an employee right there to help. Other stores you have to go and find someone to help and most times the employee sees you coming and walks away. Not here at the Willmar, Mn store.

Everytime I go to Home Depot I'm always promptly greeted and asked if they can help me find something. They'll escort you to the isle, help locate item and answer questions you have. There are so many wonderful, helpful employees there, I just love shopping at the Willmar location. Rich in Appliances/Kitchen/Bath/Flooring is one of the best. Kuddos to you all for your help, every-single-time!

Great small town atmosphere, with a big store selection. Sometimes almost seems like more than the larger city stores. Friendly employees to greet you with a smile and welcome. I always leave knowing I’m going to be returning to purchase more.

The store is conveniently located to my home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can usually purchase what I need off the shelves. If an item is not in stock on the shelf an employee will check the stock in the backroom. If it is not in the store they will order it for me and have it delivered for pickup or to my home.
