Purchased an item that I could not find anywhere, your company is the best...!!!

I brought flooring and they had a wide selection and variety to Choose from and the staff was more caring than other Home Depot that I have shop

I’ve been using this HD even though it’s not the closest to my house. It’s nice, clean, the people are nice and they have a good selection of everything.

Insufficient stock and cashiers. Ten employees hanging around but no one to help customers.

Couldn’t find the item I needed but this store had a few of them that saved the day for a small electrical job.

I was lucky enough to have Bill in the Pro Service Department answer the phone when I called. He was professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was expecting.

We went in to Home Depot to get a key made for our home. We did not expect to leave with a smile on our faces thanks to Florence. She was very friendly and a pleasant person to speak with. Thank you for making us feel important!

I live closer to another Home Depot store but prefer to shop here. There is always someone on the floor asking if I need help. The shelves are full with plenty of items in stock. The store is friendly, neat, and clean.

We came to the store today to look for lawn mowers. There was nobody around in that department to help us. There were some younger guys doing inventory and they tried to help us. But this has happened many times going to the store. There are a few people that I have run into that work there that are very knowledgeable. It would really help consumers to have more people on hand to help who know what they're talking about.

I had an excellent experience at this location, the young lady Rasheda went out her way to help me out , and she was super nice had a great personality and that means a lot nowadays to me. So I’ll definitely will be a repeat customer, thanks to the respectful & funny cashier tanisha as well all around was a awesome experience..

the glass shower doors are a very good product and a lot cheaper then custom made

The customer service here is amazing! From the moment you walk in, the staff is happy, laughing with one another, just generally looking like they enjoy their jobs. My Cashier, Jerry, was wonderful! He was super friendly and made me laugh a few times. The inventory is the best in the area. They carry stock that’s so hard to find anywhere else. The store layout was great, although a bit intimidating as it’s such a huge store! I will definitely come back to the Home Depot in Willow Grove, even if it’s a bit out of my way!

I found my electrical product, courtesy of the electrical sales person who pinpointed what I was looking for of the 1 million items in the electrical section if you know what I mean. I had very little time to spend in the store, once I found my item I struggled, with my credit card at the self checkout lane, at which point Flo(Florence) was able to help resolve my issue and out the door I went. I would strongly recommend this store as it is neat, orderly, well-stocked, and professionally run.

Happy I bought my chair cushions, they are 50% off right now (starting week of Aug 22). Get them while they last. Oh, the employees are very friendly and helpful also.

People on register absolutely untrained. They have no idea how to remove charges. Spent 30 min at the register waiting for 3 people trying to remove charges from my receipt. People hate working there I could tell that by looking at their faces. I guess they need to be trained better and get a better pay to provide a decent customer service.

I only needed a few items on this trip to home Depot, but every employee I encountered with both friendly and helpful. I really even felt very welcome by every staff member that I either walked by or dealt with

Every time I come to the Willow Grove Home Depot, I am greeted with a friendly smile and employees are always asking if I need assistance. Then as I am ready to check out, the cashiers are always making the transaction effortless, especially Florence.

Always great people there. Love we can bring our pup in and socialize him. We always feel welcome and the people that work there go out of their way to help us.

Aisles blocked by pallets makIng getting past with cart impossible. Had to make multiple trips to carry heavy items to cart.
