Andrew in the flooring department was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the carpet products HD offered. Certainly friendly and a pleasure to deal with!

My greatest area of appreciation is the staff, Flo, Dan, (in plumbing), tall Dan, Keith, Walt, Wayne, Michael, Keith in Pro Services. Always super helpful.

Always get all my building stuff here.i have never been disappointed with the service ,staff or cleaning of the place .staff are always friendly to the point where they know my name. This is my spot and I will always be in there as regular as possible. If you don't see it just ask for it.it is there trust me..thanks

The service I received was excellent in all the departments I visited. I was not lost in the store. The associates approached me. I did not have to search anyone down to get help. It made my really made my shopping quicker and a I had a smile when I left.

I'M LOCATED BETWEEN 2 HOME-DEPOTS, THE WILLOW GROVE STORE IS THE NEAREST. BUT I PREFER TO TRAVEL TO THE 2ND STORE IN WARRINGTON. ITS A SMALLER STORE, BUT THE STAFF SEEM'S TO BE BETTER TRAINED. ESPECIALLY IF I NEED A SPECIAL ORDER, SUCH AS A WINDOW OR A DOOR. IT ALSO IT SEEMS THAT THE WARRINGTON HOME DEPOT RETAINS ITS EMPLOYEES. I'M NOT SAYING THAT THE WILLOWGROVE STORE IS BAD ITS JUST NOT AS GOOD IN MY OPINON. IF I WAS TO GUESS WHY, MAYBE THE WILLOWGROVE LOCATION ITS JUST TO BIG.

I have an expectation that what I am looking for will be at Home Depot. The store delivers!

I have always found the employees at this Home Depot to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The employees at some home improvement stores often seem disgruntled or unhappy, but I haven't seen that at the Willow Grove Home Depot.

Drive to Warrington.

The employees in the Kitchen/Bath dept were friendly, responsive and very helpful. Stand by their customers!

Love this Home Depot, it is like our second home. All the staff know my fiance, my son and I. We are always greeted with a smiling face and always asked if we need any assistance.

I waited in the door and window section for over half an hour. The cashier was totally detached from the transaction. No help at all. Home Depot needs to get it together if they plan on keeping customers.

Great store to shop at for home goods.

I exchanged my empty propane tank for a full one. There was clear signage outside that indicated I should leave my empty tank outside, go inside to purchase the propane, then come back out to pick up the propane. The cashier inside gave me clear instructions for picking up the tank, which involved entering a code in a kiosk. When I entered the code, a store employee that was standing nearby helped me identify the locker with my full propane tank and helped me deposit the empty tank inside. It would be even more convenient if one could pay for the tank at the kiosk with a credit card.

This store has everything in stock that I have needed each time I shop, much better experience than other stores I have been in while shopping for work.

Appliance Specialist, Jackie Rippert, was truly superb! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to provide supporting information to assist in making an informed decision. She was patient and answered ALL of our questions! KUDOS!!

I've always received polite and helpful service at my Home Depot. Whether it is for lamps, bulbs, cleaning supplies, plants, etc. the service people are very helpful and know their stock. The store is well marked so you can find things pretty easily and if not, you always get directed by any number of the associates. Having positive experiences keeps me coming back.

Wonderful garden center. Found fencing to use for that roof for outdoor canopy.

Employees were VERY helpful, staying with me till the best product was selected, introducing me to the next helpful person in the aisle/dept. I got help making decisions on what products would serve my purposes, and help transporting my selections through the cashier to my car.

The associates are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store is clean, the inventory levels are maintained, and products are located where you would expect to find them.

We regularly shop at this store because we have always found what we came to buy, and if we had trouble finding what we needed, there was always someone available to help us.
