We just had the best shopping experience at a Home Depot We've ever had anywhere. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and could not have been any nicer. Jacqueline/Jackie our cashier was great as well as everyone from people working on the floor, to those in security and even those from the warehouse. They even helped with loading the van.

The young lady one the paint dept Alana is so very helpful. Almost every visit as soon as she see me she helps me locate each item I need in every dept. she knows I have a knee injury and my mobility is limited. I look forward to seeing her each time she is very knowledgeable and kind. She helps me from shopping ,checkout ,all the way to my car. I really do appreciate her kind gestures and so does my family. Please tell to keep up the good work she won't accept a tip so I thought I would take a minuet out of my day to show how appreciative I am of her. Thank you

I was greeted by Ebony who brought me a scooter, helped me find every item on my shopping list, and helped me check out. Alonna took my purchases to my car, loaded them in, and returned the scooter for me. Give these young ladies a raise!

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday night. I had to remove and replace a sump pump by myself. This is the type of thing my husband usually takes care of, but he was sick in bed, and 500 miles away. I am pretty mechanically inclined, but had never tangled with pumps or plumbing before. However, the job needed to be done immediately, so I didn't have a choice. I removed my old pump and took it with me to Home Depot an hour before they closed. I was blessed to find John near the plumbing aisle. I explained my problem and he took care of me as if I was family. He looked at my old pump, helped me select the replacement. Cut my new pvc pipe. Got all the fittings, check valve, hoses, thread tape, and pvc glue. He explained the entire job, step by step, and how to use the pvc glue. He answered all my questions. And lastly, he let me know he would be around for another hour, and if I had any trouble I could call or stop back for assistance. Thanks to John, I was able to install the new pump with confidence. The install went fine and the pump works great!

The bags of Scotts topsoil were very hard and difficult to spread. ( similar bags purchased at other locations were much better) My guess is that the bags at your store were rained on or somehow picked up moisture that made them hard,,,
