We have lived in many parts of the country, and frequented many Home Depot's, as well as their competitors. We always come back to this store. The service is so fantastic and so consistent it really makes it not worth it to shop elsewhere. We love this Home Depot and the staff is top notch. Please keep it up. These people are acceptional (as a whole), and being a Retail Store Manager myself... it really shows and really counts! Thanks you guys! You're awesome!

This store is the best kept secret in town. The location is a little hidden but the customer service makes up for it! The employees are very friendly and never try to rush you off. They take the time to try educate you so you can make an informed decision. I will choose them over everyone else in town! Their paint department is by far the best I have ever dealt with! Very helpful, very kind and very patient! You will be pleasantly surprised when you go there at how well you are treated!

I spent 90 minutes in this store to return two items and order them in another color. I was certain they had not done the return/reorder right and asked to see a manager. She said it was right. It was not. At least she was polite. Ninety minutes wasted. I called. I was told by a sales associate that I would have to come back in. When I said: "You're telling me I have to come back in to get my money back? After spending 90 minutes there this afternoon?" He said: "I am not telling you anything, but if you want your money back, you have to come back in." I asked to speak to a SECOND manager who seemed to have no idea what I was saying. I finally had to go (I was at work) and hung up. We were going in circles again. My husband called. He spoke to another manager. This one seemed good. Got it all settled. Good. All I had to do was call back with my credit card. Excellent. I called back a few days later. Talked to a DIFFERENT manager - another man. This makes THREE managers I have spoken with and it is still not fixed. This was a $1500 order. He has NO IDEA what I am talking about and we go around in circles for 20 minutes because he isn't listening to me. He keeps telling me things I just told him 5 minutes ago like it is a new discovery of the problem. I hang up on him. I call corporate. Fixed in 15 minutes. The man form corporate was so nice. He had no problem understanding what i wanted. I get off phone with him. Store manager calls us. He is angry because "I had this all fixed for you and you never called back!" He is almost yelling. I hang up on him. He calls back 4 times in a row in 5 minutes. We do not answer the phone. He just keeps calling. We have caller ID. You'd think that if someone hangs up on you and they don't answer when you call back ONCE - you'd stop. My husband finally had to tell him if he called again, we'd contact the police. This store needs some social skills training. the local community college offers this because so many businesses can't find employees who know how to behave.
