    CUSTOMER STORE REVIEWS

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 158 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Grampa's Favorite Store Staff always seems eager to make my visit to the store pleasant. I'll sometimes stop by and browse even when I don't have a specific thing I wish to buy. My grandkids always announce to whoever might be with us that "there's Grampa's favorite store!" whenever we happen to drive by ANY Home Depot. Even the three year-old now recognizes your logo. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very helpful young man found what was out of stock on shelf 2 items I was looking for were out of stock on the shelf the associate found one that was just delivered and helped me place in shopping cart. Other item is on top of shelf no electric lift available and driver was unloading new delivery. Associate will ask him to locate and bring down off top so I can purchase tomorrow. Then he helped me load stones in my car. Very helpful May 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mary Brooks was my very helpful associate! I was very happy with the help I had yesterday at the store. I had a kind gentleman help me pick out new bathroom tile & grout. I do not recall his name. I had Mary Brooks help me find a new toilet and load it on a cart all by herself. I could not lift anything heavy as I am recovering from surgery. Mary made sure I had help putting everything in my car. Thank you! May 13, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Our trip to Home Depot started out pleasantly enough. We made our way towards the flowers and soil for our next garden project, a family project, where the first associate we ran into was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case at the checkout counter. At this point, I was checking out and I put my two kids in charge of the soil and flowers that we picked out together. With the limited space, they stood a few feet in front of me near the outdoor flower displays. As I was paying, Constance was quick to scold my own kids and order them to pull our heavy merchandise back into the building because we "did not pay for them yet" - even though the outdoor section was full of other customers that have not yet paid for their merchandise. On top of that, after the transaction, she decided it was okay to lecture me in front of other customers about letting them into the outdoor section during the transaction.I was humiliated at her implied accusation and disappointed in her service, or lack thereof.
