The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, prices are good, would quality is great, store is clean.

We had to argue for the store to honor their website. Customer service was awesome but the rest of our experience was aweful. Refrigerator was delivered damaged and employees refused to leave it until it could be replaced. Now we are without a refrigerator (other one was sold and picked up at delivery time) ask e off our food is in coolers and store states 3-5 days until they can provide our product so we’ll probably lose all of our food by then

Do not bother going anywhere but HOME DEPOT, as they have the availability of product, but also the best customer service. Eric in the Lumber dept. went above and beyond for us, but in a gentle, not pushy manner but with friendliness, and genuine interest in helping.

We bought a complete kitchen appliance package and received great service from Lynne. She definitely knew the products, wasn't pushy, and showed a lot of patience which in turn made the whole process a friendly, fun experience.

Waited Around in the store for over a 1/2 an hour for help with buying 2 new Toilets. My husband has a bad back and needed help lifting them, Plus he had a question regarding the difference between 2 different types. No one ever showed up to assist us. Another employee walking by told us that there was no one working in plumbing today, but this employee didn't even bother to stop or offer the smallest amount of assistance, he just kept walking. Then when we were leaving at the end of another Isle there were about 3 or 4 employees standing around talking. Why bother hiring people at all? Our entire experience has 0 customer service whatsoever. Very disappointing.

After having an unwelcoming experience at the Lancaster store, I decided to take my business and finish up my project at the York location. Upon arrival at the York location, I was greeted at the door/mill department by Harold. He was very welcoming. He knew his department very well. He knew the products. He was very knowledgeable in that department, and also helped me understand a lot better about what was needed for my project. This is the best experience I have had in years!

I had a problem with curbside delivery the last visit to the store and I got a phone call from someone in customer service who apologized and then sent me a gift card. I used it today to shop in the store and I was extremely happy with the experience. All of the employees were friendly and Nicole at checkout went above and beyond in customer service! Certainly my favorite store and I guess the one problem I had with curbside delivery was a fluke because all other times that I used it were perfect. Great customer service Home Depot. We will surely be back.

A Fella by the name of George that works in customer service was so helpful, and did his job diligently and with so much professionalism. Was very kind and courteous a true definition of what customer service should be like.

My visits to this store always notice the clutter of what I assume are online or pickup orders on carts that clog the aisles, especially near the ladders/Tool Rental and lumber areas.

We are 75 years old and my husband has parkinsons and dementia. I am trying to build a wheelchair ramp with the help of some friends. Eric was so helpful in giving advice on materials and how to build it.

I wanted to like Home Depot but I don’t know if I will ever go back the staff was rude and accused me of tampering with the paint bar code because the barcode was cut off however she failed to look on the reduced paint for the reduce price sticker that was right because the one that was cut off. It was so bad another customer had to point this out to her and she didn’t even say sorry.

We are remodeling our house,after a fire. We found everything that we needed and at great prices here. Great help from the employees here

In this time of pain and stress, it was great to walk into Home Depot, find exactly what I need and then be met by a very kind and happy clerk, Kristen, who helped me pick up an order I had previously placed. I know it's not a big deal, but sometimes it's the little things that get your day off to a great start!
