I spent 3 hours in the store trying to order the materials that I need for building a fence in my yard. After finally getting the materials ordered, I scheduled delivery for the following week (which costs $79). I took today off from work to start the project. The delivery truck arrived early this morning, but delivered only a small portion of the order. The driver suggested that the remainder of the order would be delivered on a second truck. Since rain was forecast for tomorrow, I proceeded to dig the 34 holes for the fence. Once complete, the "second" truck still had not arrived. I went to the store and inquired about the remainder of my materials and, after another 30 minutes in the store, I was told that there was no second truck. Now I won't get the materials until tomorrow. So I wasted half of my off day and will likely need to re-dig some of the holes after the rain before setting the posts. I'm not sure what the source of the problem is, but the service/delivery/pro-services process at this store are apparently not very well organized.
