Just want to take out the time to recognize the cashiers at the Zachary Home Depot. The are always very happy and upbeat. When you are having a bad day their smiles and attitudes when you walk through the doors are so uplifting and can make your day a little bit better. If you are having trouble finding something you can ask one of the cashiers for direction or assistance. Tammy is one of my favorites. No matter what, she is always happy, smiling and will go out of her way to help you or find someone else that can. Kudos to all the cashiers at the Zachary Home Depot!!! Keep those smiles coming and your great attitudes. They do mean a lot to us, "Oscar the Grouch's".

They display all products well and it's a calm great clean store.

I spend more of my hard earned income at Home Depot than anywhere else. They used to have a few really friendly employees there like Maylin, Benny, Shantrell, and Faye. But they also had a lot of staff who would never say hello and had bad attitudes. For the past month or so, I have noticed that they kept all the kind employees and got rid of the ones who made people feel unwelcome. In their place are a whole new bunch of staff with a great attitude. It makes such a difference to have every one say hello, without exception. It seems like such a small thing, but when life gets challenging and you have to save money by fixing things yourself ... A friendly greeting can lift your spirits and boost your confidence in life. It makes me proud of our home town Home Depot, because I have never been to any other Home Depot with such wonderful people. Keep up the good work.

Shelly Francis and cashier Mia or the best Home Depot employees I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I work for the state of Louisiana and they made sure I got what I needed and was satisfied without putting me off on someone else or giving me the runaround about my needs. These two are diamonds in the rough and deserve recognition for their hard work. I am ranking the employees and not the store in my review. The store needs a lot of fixing but theses two are a great start.

Salesman, Larry Young was extremely helpful and knows his job. Excellent service, great prices.

Deremy and Brittany in the door department are awesome!! I bought 4 exterior doors and they were helpful, professional, and patient. They both deserve a raise!

I visited the Zachary Home Depot location to purchase supplies to replace a door. I was greeted and offered assistance before I asked for it. There was an excellent supply of doors, both pre framed and unframed. My checkout was speedy and the staff was very helpful.

This store has a customer friendly and courteous environment. I am always happy to stop in even if I don't have to purchase other supplies or building materials, it's just a joy to walk around the store leisurely gazing at the sales/merchandise ending it with a purchase of only a bottle of water or some sort of snack and a smile by one of the friendly associates. Just an inviting experience at each visit :-)

I wish there was more employees in the department I was shopping to ask questions about the product I was looking to buy. I had to Google it to see how to install and I decided not to buy it anyways. I ask one employee for help and they told me it wasn't my department and kept on walking.

They got stuff on the shelves. They sell the stuff. It's a big hardware store.

I have never had a bad experience with Home Depot. I have shopped for mailboxes, a water heater, 2 x 4 s, plumbing supplies, paint and paint supplies, and even outside lounge chair cushions. They have EVERYTHING I ever need! Even better, if I couldn't find something right away, an associate would quickly show me where the item was. They have helped me cut some 2 x 4 s, helped me make keys, mix paint, and ensure I have all necessary accessories for some items. I just love the store!

The sales associate for flooring, Victoria, was very patient and supportive. She took 3 days patiently to ensure I was satisfied with the products and services rendered.

Why give a customer false hopes of winning by giving a chance on an expired sweepstake, 4/30/17 expiration date. That's real foul and a disgrace, on top of false advertising. Im sorry I recommended the store

Went into Home Depot looking for some plants but wasn't sure what to plant where. The garden lady Ms. Pat was very helpful and provided plenty of assistance with my needs.

This is easily my favorite store, it's always nice, clean and well stocked.

The Home Depot is Zachary is a great place to shop. While I'm shopping there is always someone around asking do I need help. This store is extremely clean and fully stocked at all times. The associates are friendly, helpful and very thoughtful. Thank you for being the BEST and going above and beyond to help me.

We had to make another trip to Home Depot for additional fencing supplies. The clerk outside who was supposed to be assisting, was too busy visiting with his co-workers to provide the needed assistance. We loaded the 130 dog ear pickets ourselves.

Had a $700 fence supply purchase and Deontrae Taylor was very willing to help load our purchase. He was friendly and eager to be helpful. (This purchase included ten 80# concrete bags!) Thanks for a pleasant trip to Home Depot Deontrae!
