The Home Depot and United Way have partnered together to recognize one person who is making a positive impact in their local community as the 2008 Community All-Star. This award is designed to recognize one individual who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in community service and who has devoted their time and efforts to make long-lasting contributions to their local community.
