Customer Questions & Answers

What model boiler does this part fit

Asked by: Charlie
Doesn't matter as long as you can put it inline with the water supply. Union one one side and 1/2" npt on the other.

What is the pressure reduction range. I need a regulator that can reduce to 10 psi output pressure

Asked by: TechT
This particular regulator is preset at 15psi but is adjustable from 10psi to 25psi.

Is description correct?

The description says sweat by sweat. Mine has a sweat union (inlet) and a 1/2 FPT (outlet). One of the reviews indicates FPT. Is the description wrong? My model number is S1156F, but I can't find that on your site.
Asked by: Landlord
Hi, the valve is in fact solder inlet, but all are threaded outlets. We want to make sure that we are answering your question completely, so if you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us by phone: (888) 321-0500 or email: Thank you, Watts Retail Group Customer Service

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's what I needed. The one I had clogged with rust and stopped working. Installation was easy. Unscrew the old one, screw on the new one. Back to normal. It was shipped to my home at no extra charge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Watts 1/2 in. Cast Brass SWT x SWT Pefect Replacement I bought this water pressure regulator to replace the broken one on my furnace. It came with the gasket used on the larger side. The swap was very easy, took all of 5 minutes, a perfect fit without any issues. You will only need some tape dope for the nipple that threads into one side, so make sure you have some before you start. I would have included photos but doesn't seem like it would be a benefit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product is worthless. This was the 4th time I had to install this product. Pressure level kept varrying.
