Customer Reviews

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sturdy, Inexpensive Curtain and Towel Rods I used this conduit to replace a 10' curtain rod that had broken after 7 yrs; I loved the look so much that I replaced the remaining curtain rods in the house. For the finials, I used 1/2" knock-out seals, which I had to tighten (clamp) so that they would stay on the rods. The leftover emt conduit was used to make towel rods; for the finials, I used 1/2" compression couplings. Fortunately, the emt curtain rods were able to use the existing brackets in the wall. However for the towel rods I made a bracket with 3" l corner braces and 1/2" 1-hole conduit strap; both were connected with 1/4" hex screws and bolts. I love the way the emt conduits give a more industrialized, sleek look to everyday furnishings. July 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Deal, Availability is Nice Easy To work with in straight runs, Bending to accomadate for 90's. December 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for the garden as plant stakes! Just get the 10' piece for $1.99 (1/2"diameter) and cut to your length with a hack saw. Buy the blue end caps called bushings in the same electrical department to cover the end for a finished look. Zinc-coated so they will not rust and they are sturdy and inexpensive. Just bang into the ground. Perfect for any garden plant where you need extra support. JB November 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Makes very good flag poles This makes a great flag pole. It is even much more sturdier than the ones that comes in sections inside the flag kits. I used hose clamps that had the thumb screw to attach the flag to the pole. January 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great for Garden trellis frames. Online ordering and store pickup is the way to go. They gather the stuff up and I just pick it up at the door. I didn't use the conduit for electrical. It's so easy to bend it works great for garden trellis frames. Just use a piece of re-bar coming out of the ground for support. July 8, 2014
