Is this suitable for direct burial?

Is it o.k. to use this tubing for shower plumbing?

My shower has always had the hot and cold plumbed backwards. I was thinking of swapping the lines while I am doing some drywall replacement in the area. Is it o.k. to cut the current 1/2" lines and use quick connects and this flexible copper tubing to swap the hot and cold lines in the tubing going to the valves.
