It worked well for one use. The second time I turned it on there were huge holes near where the water starts. I guess the water pressure blew out the rubber chunks in some spots. This caused high pressure geysers at the front of the hose and little to no water pressure at the end of the hose. It's a good idea but very poorly constructed.

This product failed within the first 10 minutes of use. A large split opened in the hose near the inlet end.

Floods the garden in the first five feet of hose, slows to a trickle within 15 feet and no water at all beyond that. Poorly made and a terrible use of time and water.

On second use hose split within an inch of the fitting. Gushed water all over my fence and flooded 10 foot section of garden. Sounds similar to other reviews. Home Depot should remove this product from its shelves.

I've installed a number of these hoses and they've held up for several seasons. I pull the restricting orifice out of the female coupling end and replace with a regular washer. You need to exercise care not to kink the hose when installing it, or it will break at that point. Best installation if you roll it out into the pattern you want in the garden bed rather than unrolling and then laying out.
