Answer: 
Yes, I cut mine into three 16 inch sections for the upper part of a fence (with heavier wood borders to support it). It can be left without a finish, but as always with redwood it will turn grayish over time if left wiht no stain.

Ciut it down to 2' sections no more or will will fall apart. Used a table saw. Don't think you can do it with anything else

Answer: 
The smallest size I know of is 24"x96". I don't think HD will cut lattice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Under Deck I picked the least expensive lattice to save money, but ended up buying the wood inline trim. You might price compare before going the cheap route. They turned out looking really nice and because of the trim sturdy too.
