Yes. But if your wires are coming in through the hole in the back, it may be a tight fit and you will need the deeper version box 5385-0.

1 gang weatherproof cover? part number for this box?
Asked by: alarmgeorge
We have several options available ranging from blank covers, to flip covers, to while in-use covers. We carry both metallic and non-metallic versions for all except the flip covers. All of which will fit this enclosure. A versatile recommendation would be our ML500G.

1-Gang Weatherproof Box with Three 1/2 in. Outlets is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product - Good Value Very nice waterproof box with (1) Outlet on the Bottom, (1) on the Back, and (1) on the Top. It comes with a couple of the plastic inserts to plug up the outlets you are not using. SIDE NOTE: I always save any extra inserts so I have some in the event I need an extra one or more next time (since they do not come with as many outlets as the boxes have). I have used various manufacturer threaded adapters and all have screwed in without any issue. The same can be said for the abundant options of waterproof covers. The boxes have also held up really well, even when exposed to daily sprinkler abuse. Always install the foam gasket, which comes with the cover you chose and make sure it is centered on the box. SIDE NOTE: It's a good idea to take the extra 10-20 seconds to ensure you are putting the screw through the proper hole in the gasket (since there are many) before attaching the cover to the box. Cheers!

I use these for various outdoor applications including outlet, switch an mounting security cameras. Would have given them 5 star except for the fact that the holes for attaching the mounting tabs are rarely threaded so I have to re-tap them.

Although I'm using it in the garage to emulate what is typically called a router speed control (for small power tools without variable speed). I found a 5 amp fan speed switch at another store, but couldn't find a good combination of electrical box and cover for it there, except for an outdoor plastic one. Aluminum however is best, because it makes the box more of a heat sink to dissapate heat from the switch, which will operate much warmer than the average electrical outlet. The box is a good size for the switch and everything fits flush, except that its lid rests on the switch mounting plate, which surrounds the switch to transfer heat to the box, and this leaves 1/16 inch of gap at the sides. I'm not going to use the foam gasket to fill this space in, because I don't want there to be any chance of it melting and oozing into the switch. This box has some extra holes threaded on either side of my mounting plate though, so I can add a couple pieces of aluminum there to make it fit flush and keep more dust out (which is why I liked the lid too).
