Customer Questions & Answers

Is there a water saver in this showerhead and if so where is it?

Asked by: SlateElk
The water saver is a rubber gasket that is less than 0.5" in Dai with 2 slits. It is not easy to take out completely, but can be done with a needle nose pliers and gasket pick. You can tear the two slits off to increase the water flow, but if you want full water pressure and max gpm than full remove the gasket. You will get about 6 gpm.

Why does does this shower head make a lot of noise?

Our contractor just installed this shower head today and now my daughter is showering and you can hear a fairly loud whistling noise coming from it (it didn't make the noise when the contractor tested it). Any idea on why it would be doing that?
Asked by: JC
I don't know what would cause it but you could try adjusting the angle of the shower head and the flow rate through the valve. See if it makes any difference.
