Asked by: Buck
Click on "Specifications" . You'll see it right under the picture. It will take you down to the listing of the Specifications with all the info you could want. It is NOT 3/4" inside and 1" outside - as you will see if you LOOK AT THE SPECIFICATIONS!.

Are the markings flush or raise?

I have an application that requires no raised markings. It appears the markings are ink and not raised. Please verify.
Asked by: May
I'm certain you've completed your project now, but in case anyone else is wondering, the markings are flush. I had the same concern and went to the store, it's an ink that I think can be removed with nail polish remover, if you need pure white.

Well, not really... all of the pipes varied between 9.25-9.8ft. This really through off my dimension sensitive project and is going to require me to buy 6 more pipes to cover my needs. I'm also left with a lot of wasted cut-offs. Dimensionally, this product short sold me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Control Aside from other reviews here, ID ranged +-1/8". If this doesn't matter then it's certainly a good deal $/ft but if you do need a certain level of quality control then move on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from JM Eagle 1" Pipe is Absolutely Useless We cemented a piece of JM Eagle 1" PVC in a spring house, and then discovered that the pipe did not fit standard 1" PVC fittings. As speedracer found, it is SMALLER diameter than standard 1" pipe and could not be glued to fittings. Wasted half a day trying to find a way to attach it to fittings. A large local building supply store couldn't believe how this pipe was made. We ended up chiseling the pipe out of the wall. All this pipe is getting returned. Buyer beware! Check that it fits snugly into your fittings before you buy it. We will never buy JM Eagle pipe again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware - J.M. Eagle 1" PVC Pipe Absolutely the worst quality control I have ever seen. I installed 100’ of this product only to find multiple points of leakage after careful pipe prep with purple solvent and the proper cement. After extensive research of the ASTM D1785 Specification, I discovered this pipe to be under size. It freely slips into all mating joints and actually wiggles around. This pipe should have an outside diameter of 1.315 +/- 0.005. I found the sections I purchased to be 1.290 to 1.300 in range. Avoid at all costs!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Its 1 " Schedule 40 PVC Pipe It is 1" Schedule 40 PVC pipe. What can you say, it works. I have installed literally 1000's of feet of this pipe and never had a problem. The size is accurate and mates with all common fittings accurately. If you have problems, then the problem would be with the installer and not the pipe.
