How much does 1 inch schedule 20 10ft. PVC weigh

3/4" x 20' sch 40 pvc pipe J M Eagle

having problems with the bell end being to big. when cemented to another piece it will not weld together. also on the fitting end some of the pipe is to small and having the same problem when joining fittings. Please look into this problem. My pro customers are not happy. Store 6942 Bobby in plumbing.
