Customer Reviews

10 ft. x 10 ft. 3-Tier Gazebo is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for The three tier top is absolutely useless! After the very first rain it sagged and held water in several different locations. After every rain I have to go out with a broom and push up on the top so all the water will drain off of it. I used it for two summers and it needs to be replaced.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't hold up over many years' time These gazebos are okay, but good luck ever finding a new canopy when the existing one shreds in 3-4 years. The top is cheap polyester fabric which deterioriates over time from the sun. The side bug screens will disintegrate in about 2-3 years's time The thing looks okay and wasn't overly hard to assemble. But it would be easier with two people. Have had this 5 years and just replaced the canopy. Replacement does not fit right and I had to cut down the metal canopy supports on the gazebo. So, if you're gonna shell out this amount of money, be warned that the canopy does not hold up to wind and sun for more than 3 years, and a replacement may or may not fit. I think anyone would be much better with a 2-tier gazebo with a canopy made out of a more durable material.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from this was relatively easy to assemble. The gazebo looks great. There are a few minor problems that I will call the company about. A couple of the pop rivits holding the screen track have come loose. They missed sewing on one of the pockets to hold the canopy down, one of plastic ends had broken off during shipping and there were no holes to bolt down one of the roof supports. I'm happy with the looks and I will write another review when I see how well the gazebo holds together in the Florida weather. Overall I am happy considering the price and the looks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of Junk We spent a few hours putting this up and in the end we had to take it down and return it. First the canopy material is really cheap and it doesn't go on tight so it looks sloppy. Second, it started to show signs of rust after being up for 4 days. Yes it was rainy those 4 days, but it should have been fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money It wsa fairly easy to assemble, however, the dimention tolerances are so far off it was difficult to get it square. The assembly instuctions are poorly written (misspelled words, diagrams labled wrong), and the canopy doesn't fit. I had to call the company to get replacement parts and the first person I talked to hung up on me.
