Customer Reviews

10 ft. x 10 ft. Portable Gazebo is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 83.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very nice addition We wanted a deck on the small lake behind us so I built it. It was too hot in the sun to use so we tried an umbrella. Not what we'd hoped for. Then I saw this canopy, bought one and put it up. Perfect! Except I left it up without checking the weather one night and a combination of rain and wind reduced it to rubble. I was not going to buy another but I did and am glad. It goes up in about 20 minutes with some practice and comes down in about 10. So, if there's any chance of rain or wind, it comes down. With the idea you should plan to put it up and take it down frequently, it's wonderful. Not only shady but it creates an open, inviting, comfortable room as you can see in the pictures.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from dont buy I have bought cheaper gazebos at WM that I could leave up all summer on my deck and take cover off at winter time. Then put it back on in the spring and get 2 years out of them. I bought this one it lasted 2 days and the frame broke. we did have a little rain and wind that night but with the one from WM we have had bad storms and it lasted through it all. I put the frame from the one I bought at WM back up and put the cover over that frame. Save your money dont buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware - Extremely poor construction This canopy did not last for 2 hours in heavy rain. The frame crumpled and bent under the weight of 5 - 10 gallons of water that somehow pooled in each corner. The product is now destroyed after only 1 use. Poor design. Poor craftsmanship. Looks pretty, but only suitable for perfect weather (when you may not actually need to use it).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would not buy again. I paid $129.00 at Home Depot. The next day it rained and water collected and bent the cross bars. The "warning should be on the box not in the booklet after you pruchase it and have it erected. I compared the crossbars to my existing "quik-tent" and this tent is made of "cheaper" material.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap, cheap, cheap Unlike other's I've had to problems with the frame in three years' use (but I've got it screwed to my deck) but the canvas is worthless...if you live somewhere where the wind blows, it rips out at al the attachment points. Mine is now more duct tape than canvas. Not sure if a replacement canvas canopy is available (hopefully for cheap since it's a very cheap product) . Can not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from On Sale :-( I bought this for Memorial day on sale at HD. I put it and and we sat outside in it for 3 days, it kept the bugs out ok, But the canopy holes allowed bugs to get in. It sprinkled a little bit with no wind and the things held up nicely, however last night 5/29 the wind blew a about 5-10mph with some heavier rain and now the Gazebo is a pile of broken poles with a small rip in the top. You can not find replacement parts for this thing. I recommended saving the money and buying a much stronger one. This was an EPIC FAIL and waste of my hard earn cash!!
