I intend to put the fan on a heavy duty timer to begin functioning about 7 a.m. and go off about 7.p.m.
It is to push the cool air from the A/C floor vent and circulate it more.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 42 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, easy to assemble Quietest fan I ever had. Attractive. No logos! Very easy to assemble. Probably not terribly durable, but an excellent value for the price. August 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good fan for the Price... QUIET! I needed a new fan for a desk at the corner of my room. The fan I had before was probably about 10 years old and was too loud. So I read some reviews that this fan was quiet, and decided I would pick it up. Even with this fan on high it is still noticeably quieter than my previous desktop fan was on low. The low and medium settings don't give too much air flow unless it is on a desk only a few feet away from you. Sitting about maybe 5 feet away from me on high gives great airflow is surprisingly quiet for a fan this low of a price. I like it so much I'm gonna buy another one. April 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic fan, fantastic price Easy to put together, has great air flow, very quiet. And it's a steal at this price. I have had one for about 3 years now and it has been on 24/7 since then with no problems. It even comes apart easily for cleaning. I'm actually going out to buy another for my bedroom soon. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JoJo The fan was easy to put together, looks grate, and functions very well. It has a very good stream of air on the various 3 speeds. Also, the cost is very reasonable for what I want the fan to do to cool my room. April 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Fan This is a great little fan that moves a lot of air. It also look great in the room. July 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BEST purchase for money I have been using this fan for two years, It runs great very reliable product. sometimes it runs 24 hours nonstop. I bought this fan for 10$ before I bought this my monthly electricity bill was 40$ (running air condition) now only 25$ Pros: Easy to Assemble energy efficient Good Price August 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice fan Assembled in under 3 minutes from the sealed box. Of course, I skipped the instructions. Quiet, very low vibration, nice oscillation engagement. Unlike some of my other table top fans: You can reposition the fan left and right on the base with a bit of a ratcheting sound. This may or may not wear the gears some. The fan doesn't start oscillating or clicking and popping when you turn the fan left and right on the base. The front fan guard doesn't need to be precisely aligned for assembly. The fan can be angled downward more than our other fans, but not upward as much. The cord comes out the back so that fan isn't always sitting on (and likely wearing through the insulation) the cord. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good but Noisy Fan We purchased two of them last month (July 2014) for our bedrooms. They are white, no black as the photo indicates. We believe they are 2013 models and the reason they are white, and they sold for only $10.88 when the black one is selling for $14.99. However, even at the lowest speed, it is a bit too noisy for me -- a lot noisier than my 15-year old 16" stand fan (Brand: Windmere) at the same speed. But for the price and the nice white color, it was an excellent buy. I do wish Home Depot put a logo on the front grill so it doesn't look so plain and generic. Thank you. August 13, 2014
