The space is a back porch that is not insulated so it is freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. The tiles themselves can be used indoors and outdoors.

NO! It is not rated for U/L (underlayment) use!!! CDX or RTD Sheathing products have unrepaired holes in the center ply. So, you could have a 5/32" layer of wood with a knothole directly underneath. Underlayment panels have the knotholes filled to provide a solid core and back ("football" patches). Your flooring supplier will require you to use an underlayment grade plywood. RTD SHEATHING is made of a "C" grade face and "D" grade interior and back plies. This means the inner and back plies have "unrepaired" knotholes. The end result is that someone could step on the floor and penetrate through the 5/32" top layer of plywood and leave a dent, or crack through the top veneer of plywood leaving a hole.
NO! This is not a suitable use for this product.
B/C UL is the correct product to use. It has wood or synthetic patches in the inner and back plies. You will void your warranty if you use this as underlayment and will be disappointed in the results. Also, the "C" grade face of the material is not sanded, so its rough and it is not sealed in any way at all, so it will absorb a water-based adhesive and swell or come apart.

Answer:
By its self, it would not be good for exterior use. I spilled a small amount of water on it and it swelled and separated. So you would need to side it with something like vinyl ect.

Answer:
The span rating is 32/16 and is printed on the back of the panel. This means it can span 32" if used for roof sheathing and 16" if used for floor sheathing. Keep in mind that this is the maximum, safe span for the product. This is "safe", but there could be some deflection "bounce" if the floor contains heavy items, or is walked on by "large" persons.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Over priced in the store Over priced in the store at $17.65. It's not that good at all. It will Warp in just one day. October 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by worked great used for my shed, easy to use nd seems to be holding up great October 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Your basic plywood, for building stuff, very strong So, by mistake I ended up with this plywood board, when I meant to get a pressure treated. I guess that explains why its not green, and why I am still green. (APA stamps don't mean pressure treated.) I think homebuilders would use this stuff a lot. Subfloors, etc. It holds good weight, very strong. (I am not an expert, so I didn't put an exact weight.) Looking online, I think all I needed was an 11/32, not this 15/32 for my outdoor box build, about 2'x2'x5' (semi-covered application). Too much weight becomes an issue at a certain point. (Plus I had a frame for added strength.) So it's appearance is not the best, I sanded a lot but it splinters, and then I sanded some more. So 4 stars, for that reason. If you get lucky you will get a good looking side that you can use, and then fill and paint to get a smooth surface. Now I know why they sell "sanded sheathing". (Other green builders beware.) Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality, warps Very poor quality, had to sort through whole stack to find 2 sheets that were suitable. Lots of voids when cut, and warps like crazy. Would not purchase. March 13, 2014
