Is this good for a mini fridge?
Asked by: Nana
The chord works with everything. The only thing you will need to do is to make sure the chord fits properly behind the fridge to avoid someone tripping over it. Bonnie

15 ft. 16/3 Extension Cord is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A sturdy high quality extension cord for your office, shop, home or garage I have a few long extension cords, but they are only useful in limited situations. I've found shorter extension cords like this far more useful around my home, office and garage. This cord is great for adding some length to a small power tool, computer equipment, or any number of other electric devices. It’s short enough that I don’t have to unwind, carry around, or try to hide, lots of extra cord. These cords are fantastic to have at the holidays for use with decorations and lighting. I also keep several on hand for use in my office with monitors and computer equipment that might be just a little too far away from a power outlet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extension cord I have been doing work in the construction industry for well over thirty years at this point of my life. Over the years in the business so many extension cords have come and gone. They seem to get worn out easily with every day usage. The things I like about this extension cord is that it's very flexible. The quality of construction is good and is colored white, which is a good contrasting color and easy to follow along the floor. It's also good for around the house work. Because of it's 15 foot size it doesn't get tangled like the longer cords do.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mid grade (13 amp rating) but does the job I use this for when don't need a longer extension cord working in or outdoor. Shorter length is nice not having extra cord getting in my way & makes it safer to move around job site. Small enough to keep in tool box, easy to know which cord it is being white VS some other color so you know it's the 15" cord. So, I can just grab it & bring along with a power tool into customers house for most projects when you only need 15' of extra cord for the tool. Construction seems to be pretty good, white ends up getting dirty faster, but is easily cleaned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well-made sturdy cord The HDX 15 foot Indoor/Outdoor cord is a strong sturdy well-made extension cord. It's made for light use and worked great for charging my lawn mower battery and for running my sewing machine. The 3-pronged connectors are very strong and sturdy. I especially liked the 15 foot length, because most extension cords of the 3-pronged style are much longer, and even when a shorter length is warranted, a long length still needs to be rolled back up. So for smaller jobs in tighter areas, when a longer cord isn't needed, this works best for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A rare white color that's well insulated if not a bit stiff The molding of the cord looks really good and seems well insulated. This cord is 16 gauge, so it is only light duty usage. For 16 gauge, it seems to me to be very stiff, and it is only 15 ft long. That may not be a big deal in all cases, and after all, it is rated for the outdoors. For this unusual stiffness, I am deducting a star. The real gem here is that this is a white cord. For outdoors, you don't always find this color easily. So for the right application (like my white painted outdoor porch), it is what you need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect extension cord for my purposes I wanted an indoor outdoor extension cord for my power tools (drills, saw, etc) and this is exactly what the doctor ordered! It's got a lot more gusto than a typical house extension cord (16 gauge, rated at 13 amps, 125 volts, 1625 watts - insulated for 300 volts) and mates up with normal power tools perfectly. While not considered a heavy duty extension cord (like an appliance cord for instance), it will happily serve you for all your normal power equipment. The longest cord I've seen on tools is no more than 6 feet. This cord solves all your short cord problems in the shop and leaves you feeling like your working with the right 'tool' for your tools. Hey, I'll admit, I've used lamp cords as extension cords for my power tools in a pinch (any port in a storm) but this cord is now a staple in my garage shop.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GOOD QUALITY 3 PRONG EXTENSION CORD This is a good quality medium duty extension cord. A single molded female receiver for three prong plug in on grounded cords. Basic white blends into white walls well. PVC jacket is a bit stiff so it doesn't want to confirm easily at first. Takes some time for it to relax and even then it really doesn't relax very much, at least not yet. Length is as stated. There were several large safety labels that cannot be hidden easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty does the trick Extension cords used to be fire traps. I remember when we were always admonished not to overload an extension cord - or even to use it for anything significant. And certainly not for long distances. Today's modern cords are vastly improved - and this one really does a substantial job of providing the needed length and power carrying capacity. It really does the job.
