We needed furnace filters for our garage furnace that get changed at least once a month (2 per change) and these are PERFECT! As you can see, they get dirty fast in the garage, so we have to change them constantly. Just what we needed!

For what you would pay for 1 or 2 expensive pleated filters in the store, you can get a case of 12 of these efficient filters that extend the life of your ac system by not overworking it. The thick, pleated filters make your system struggle to breathe. You get much better air flow with these, lower electric bills, better temperature control, fewer service calls, it's a win-win all around. Lots of hard to find sizes can be found online. The stores only carry the most common sizes and not at bulk pricing. I like having a year's supply in my garage so I don't need to put off changing my filter until I can remember to run to the store and buy one.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fester Low cost, low furnace stress filters...
These low priced filters work well and don't over stress your furnace. Paid .94/each and our furnace tech recommends them. They are a bit flimsy and the cardboard frame can get damaged but they work great. No need to spend $8-$9-$10 per filter.

Compared to other filters, these are as the description suggests, easy flow. What this means for my mobile home furnace is that instead of running 20 minutes every 35 minutes (for example), it will run about 12 minutes every 35 minutes when the weather is cold. There are other filters out there that advertise better filtration, but I don't think my furnace is made for filtering air. It's made for heating. If I want to filter the air I breathe, I think there are better ways of doing it rather than through a furnace filter that costs me more in heating bills.

Filters were just what was recommended by my ac guy. Only problem I had was the filters were a bit bent up when received. The box they were delivered in was crushed on one corner. Don't know who would be at fault here. Light weight box or delivery person. Still was able to use but bent up a little.

The air flow is as if there is not a filter, it must filter out some things but if you are having allergy it won't filter out the cause.
