I used this to put up trim for wainscoting and it worked well once I had some practice. I like the gun but because it has the dual feature of nailer/stapler it can leave a little dent on top of the nail hole when being used as a nailer. This can easily be corrected by hold the gun at a slight angle and once I figure that out I had no problems. I didn't have any problems other than that, project came out well and I can see how handy this will come in on future honey do projects

Bought this for my wife for all the furniture reclaiming she does, and she loves it! the option for both nails and staples allows for versatility in what she does. I like it so much that I have started to use it as well for my own projects. I was a little disappointed with the construction and finished result of it when compared to my other bostitch air guns, but still better than anything else I have seen out there. I always do research before a purchase and this was the best option for a duel purpose gun. A nice addition to the tool room.

Got this kit two years ago, and I've gone though all 1000 Brad nails and about 100 of the staples without a single jam or misfire. I've used it a lot on trims, mouldings and even railings and carpet. It has simply worked perfectly. It just seems the 1-5/8" Brads are hard to find (although you can use smaller ones also)

This was a replacement of the same nail/staple gun I have had for years. My old one stopped working after 10 or 12 years, and this was the same model. Glad that I found it!

I own two of these nailors and cant keep them going, when one comes back from repair shop the other is there. They've even replaced the hole fireing mekanism and still jams, not to mention they leave larger marks then a normal brad nailer. I would recomend buy either the brad nailor or stapler seperatly as the work pretty good. Dont waste your money if you plan on using it for more than just an average homeowner would use it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chipmunk327 Excellent 2 in 1 nailer
This is an excellent stapler/ brad nailer. I have completed numerous projects including a kitchen and it hasnt jammed once. Great for stapling cabinets or for brad nailing trim and finishing work. The only complaint is that the gun leaves a larger staple indent in the wood, even when shooting brad nails which may need additional filler afterwards.

was expecting this nailer to be alot better! I've had 2 other bostitch 18 gaugers and 1 - 16 gauge nailer and was fairly impressed. This unit was over priced if you asked me. leaves BIG holes, and no sequential shots were my dislikes. i'd definitely buy another bostitch product just not this model.

This is just amazing, I also have a 6gal bostitch compressor and they both work like a charm. I shot over 5000 nails with it and it has not jammed yet. The counter-sink adjustment is very easy to set.
