Answer:
I actually have mine in a mobile home. If you measure the total length of the faucet, it does come to ten inches. It works fine for us. However, it is limited on clearance under the faucet, so you have to be careful not to hit it hard. There is no question in my mind, that it could break fairly easily, if hit in the right spot.

Answer:
Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot, Step. This faucet does not come with water supply lines, you would use your existing lines if replacing a faucet or you can purchase new lines when you purchase this faucet. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by weak delicate plastic construction AVOID I bought this chrome / plastic faucet to replace a corroded metal one on our deep laundry sink. I have very hard water and hoped the plastic would not corrode. My install was difficult only because of the deep laundry sink and thick counter top. After install i turned it on and the spout popped up and sprayed water all over. The plastic retaining ring broke and the faucet was useless. I reversed my difficult install and returned to Home Depot for a refund. I replaced with a low level dual handle metal one. The plastic faucet was too fragile especially for a utility / laundry sink. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worked For Me I installed this in my kitchen about 5 months ago. I can honestly say that I've never had a problem with it. There's no question that you have to be gentle with it, though. This is not to say that other people haven't had problems-I'm sure some have. But, as for me, I have yet to have a problem with this faucet. March 31, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap plastic junk. Plastic internal parts already shifted/broken and restricting water flow in only a week. February 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap Garbage Landlord installed this cheap plastic faucet and it was leaking after second use. This belongs in a $1 bin it's so cheap. It's also extremely fragile since the plastic is so thin so it will break extremely easy. November 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Problematic Had this installed by our apartment repair man. He had a difficult time with the installation & it started leaking the very next day. It is also very flimsy & I doubt it will last long. October 31, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not durable, very flimsy & light weight My Landlord replaced my old metal faucet with this $17 unit. When I hooked up my filter on the faucet spout, it was a matter of days before the faucet began leaking at the base. Evidently because of the "lightweight" design of this faucet , it cannot accommodate a filter, which has a bit of weight to it. If you don't use a filter, it's probably a decent faucet for the price. But what's the price of drinking lousy water? July 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good for the price easy install good appearance would buy again thanks February 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen Faucet This is nice inexpensive faucet for light use; I wouldn't use it for heavy usage area. Its sufficient for what I needed. Getting water pipes connected was a challenge and frustrating, other than that no issues. December 10, 2014
