Answer:
PT wood is NOT recommended for inside use. I would highly recommend you use white wood (not pressure treated) for interior use.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 28 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not the greatest bought 50 boards to reface my deck. Had to go through about 120 boards to get the 50 I needed that were not with oversized knots and complete holes. Or multiple knots below #2 grade lumber. Also had some bad mill cuts. July 21, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Quality, Needs to Be Hand Picked This is decent quality lumber, which has held up well, but I would recommend hand-picking the pieces at the store rather than having staff pull them for you, because a few were either warped, chipped, or whatever. (Unless you're using them in an application where they won't be seen.) July 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great wood for my Picket fence Used this wood for the rails of my Picket fence bought about 44 on line all were good no warped ones Fence went up great and looks great. June 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good product, does well in shower areas for keeping termites away, easy to cut, holds up well in wet conditions, only draw back is its very heavy when it was purchased, try to pick dry ones as it will shrink up and become loose if nailed ore held with screws. May 7, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good deal for nice 2x4s Great price for treated 2x4s. I ordered these online for in store pickup and the Home Depot in Hyattsville had it ready within about an hour. Whoever picked them out did a nice job. All the boards were straight and only one had a small crack near the end. I got a mix of brands but they all looked fine and will work for my purposes. I can't speak to longevity yet, but I'm very pleased with the purchase and plan to use the online order in store pickup method again in the future for lumber orders, saved a lot of hassle. April 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Better than untreated 2X4s While the wood was good, I had to go through quite a bit to find good pieces. Other than that, it is pressure treated wood. December 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by next time Next time I think I'll pick out my own instead of ordering and paying on line and then just picking them up...several were poorly cut (bark on edges), very heavy (sopping wet) and warped. I think I could have found better ones myself.... June 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good item which was at hand to insure the item was without flaws Still doing the job well out in the weather. I will keep using this product for outdoor projects July 19, 2014
