Answer:
The vent is 7" so keep that in mind. I doubt you are replacing a fan that had a similar size.

Does NuTone 8210 works efficiently to exhaust humidity in a small bathroom. My bathroom is 5x8 sq. ft. and accumulates humidity a lot and very quick.

Answer:
The NuTone model 8210 is a powerful utility-styled exhaust fan. It is a 210 CFM unit which means it can exhaust bathrooms up to 196 square feet. So if your bathroom is approximately 40-45 square feet, this unit will be sufficient to exhaust humidity from this size room. Actually, a fan that is 110 CFM would likely be sufficient, too, but you are indicating a high amount of humidity. The model 8210 is 6.5 Read More

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 34 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom vent fans I have bought these same fans in the past and they work great. They are quiet and have excellent air moving capacities. These will help to save the paint and textures in the bathroom from harmful warm mist. July 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restroom exhaust fan replacement for church Fan was about 1/2" larger in diameter than the original fan I was replacing so I had to cut the hole in the ceiling out a little larger. Second problem was the height of the electrical box on the side of the fan. The fan is made to fit in a hole in 1/2 to 5/8" sheetrock ceiling hole. My ceiling is 5/8" sheetrock plus 3/4" ceiling tiles. I had to cut out a square hole under the electrical box and remove the sheetrock from the tile and figure out a way to patch the hole so it doesn't look so bad. My repair would not satisfy me if I was paying for it but people in a small church are pretty understanding. The electrical box has plenty of room to be moved up an inch or two when manufactured. Wish the manufacturer would make the adjustment. November 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This fan is loud but very heavy duty and gets the job done great! The only reason I bought this is because it was same size as the old 1950's Sears version and fit right into place of the old one and pulls a lot of moisture out of the bathroom. June 24, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality unit The ceiling fan arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. It was used to replace an older model from the same manufacturer and we were able to replace the necessary parts and keep some of the original parts for appearance purposes. It runs well and quietly too. July 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works but loud Bought it about 6 months ago. Works fine but replaced the motor with a quieter one (less CFM of course). February 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Powerful exhaust, noisy, not a great value for the price. Industrial looking and sounding. Fine for rental. Price is too high for what you get. March 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by exhaust fan This product was exactly what we needed. It makes the right amount of noise and exhaust quickly. February 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bought it on a close out It is loud but really pushes the air. Hooked it up so that It comes on only when the light is on. Beats leaving it on 24/7. February 10, 2015
