Answer:
The last time we installed one of these we used
LOCTITE "Power Grab" and a few headless pin nails to secure it while the adhesive cured.

Answer:
I used a throw away paint brush and some Titebond 2 wood glue. I would think something like a 3M #90 Spray Adhesive or Contact Cement might work also.

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Install them FIRST I made the mistake of glueing these on after I mounted the cabinets. I would glue them on FIRST, and set another cabinet on top of them while they cure. They warped even more after I stained then, and I had to tear 3 of them off because they were too warped to stick. June 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check it over before you buy Check it over before you take it home. Had to shop several H.D. stores to find the 6 I needed to complete the project. Most were really warped, bad quality or broken corners. Once I found the ones I needed, they worked out well. Had to cut a couple to size for an alternative use with the cabinets. Be sure to use a very fine blade on your saw. I also suggest covering the saw area with blue tape & saw through the tape. This hill help prevent tear-out of the very thin oak laminate finish. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pick carefully I bought two online to pick up in the store since I was also purchasing cabinets. One of them was cracked and broken in the corner when I picked it up so I asked for another one. When I walked to the back to get a second one, I saw that all of them were cracked. So I went home with only one. Check them carefully, they're thin and break easily. June 4, 2013
