Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by didn't work for me I ordered a set of them to do some duct revision, the original shipment took about 2 weeks, and it came severely damaged in transit, I had to go to the store to look if it would still work, and I opted to not take the crushed sheet metal. They had already placed a reorder for me, so getting a refund was delayed until I rejected the replacement. The replacement did arrive in another 2.5 weeks, was in much better condition, still a little bent, but I had already found another source for the metal duct. Anyway the product was good and would have worked if it would have arrived in usable condition. I did get a full refund. June 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poorly Packed, but good product These are half-sections of 24 x 8 rectangular duct, which unfortunately are not stocked at any nearby Home Depot stores. I chose the home delivery, which was a bad choice. The four half-sections I ordered were "packed" inside a couple of old pieces of cardboard with about 100 yards of packing tape trying to hold the package together. Both ends of each duct section were smashed beyond any possible repair. Luckily, I only needed about 7 feet total, so I was able to cut a few inches off each end, bend a new flange for the drive cleats with a hand seamer, and make the job look pretty good anyway. I think that you would be more likely to get usable sections if they were shipped to the storel June 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not purchase this!!!!!! Purchased 16 pieces to replace the duct work in my house. Worst mistake of my life. You cannot get a straight run to save your life. The assembled ducts are twisted along the length so after you get a couple hooked together you cannot get them to lay flat. Opposite corners are not level. After fighting with these for a week I finally contacted a local metal fabrication company to bend me up the rest I needed.(I had avoided them initially because of their prices). Used the rest of the pieces as very expensive sheet metal. November 15, 2014
