Customer Reviews

24 in. x 80 in. Textured 6-Panel Hollow Core Primed Composite Interior Closet Bi-fold Door is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from bi-fold doors we have set of these on our daughter's closet when we remodeled their bedroom and the girls are 6 and 7 yrs old. the doors have been up for 2 yrs and no problems and look very nice. reason i gave it 4 stars was that because they were a real hassle to get installed and hung properly. my husband always uses longer screws when installing doors because the ones that came with the doors were to short. I will be getting another set for my utility room pantry.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Headache and a half While trying to update our home we came across this door and I wish we hadn't. We had to take it off the track several times to get it to level out and it never really did. We almost broke it nce after it jammed itself in the track. We thought it might just be installer error and after hiring a professional we got the same resuls. One door sticks out 1/4 inch from the other making a very unflush appearance and one door is 1/2 inch longer than the other. Save your money and marriage!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Door works well. As others posted, it's a pain to get squared but has a nice adjustable leg to help. This doors been in a damp bathroom enviroment and none of the panels have seprated. Makes ya wonder if the reviews are bias competitors. We used this to replace an old steel bifold and it look 1000% better. I've bought pre-hung varying width interior doors of the same quality and design and all 4 seem just fine. Thats 5 for 5. Other negative reviews could of been a manufactures defect which should have been returned to the store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Spend Extra Money For Better Door This door is a piece of junk, very poor quality. The front panel of the door started to separate from the rest of the door before it was even hung. The directions are incomprehensible. Spend the extra money and buy a better quality door! We bought this as a temporary closet door and we still wish that we had spent more money to buy a better quality door. The price is good, but the door is still not worth $30.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These doors are junk! We have had them only about a month and already we have had to replace the screws in at least 3 of the hinges. The srews are too short. I would never purchase these again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Avoid Bi-Fold Nightmares First; people need to understand that Bi-Fold doors are definitely not anywhere close to performing like a steel exterior door. They also tend to get knocked off their tracks or damaged by children, but adults are not removed from this category either; especially when the door is forced in a direction it is not designed to go. The key to a good installation is to begin with a good square frame in which to install the door; although some homes have settled over years creating the necessity to improvise. If you are not a fairly good handyman, or don't have a circular saw; than look for someone to install them for you. I'm not that fond of the quality either. The hinge side has some strength, the rest of the door is relatively narrow bands of fiber board with the consistency of cardboard. Most become inoperable when the hinge pins at top or bottom of door splits the wood. One way to repair this is to remove the pin, fill in the hole with a dowel, and re-glue it with some carpenters wood glue. (Do not use that gorilla stuff.) After a day, layout the hole location and drill a 1/8th pilot hole, followed by a 1/4 drill, then the final hole size required. This is known as step drilling, and it prevents the drill from breaking what you just repaired. Unfortunately all of these doors, regardless of manufacturer, are about the same quality. A good paint job will help keep them from delaminating; however the best advice is to open and close them gently and never force them open or closed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Darling Closet Door I love the door. :) It fits well with my interior decorations and ideas and makes the entry to the closet look like beyond that point is glamour.
